Form the time I placed my call, I had nothing but excellent service. Gary checked me in told me exactly what work was going to be performed and what the cost would be, and if there was something that came up in the repairs, which it did, he would call me to let me know what was found and the added cost; which he did. Parts had to be ordered, which extended the completion of the repairs, but Gary kept me informed all the while. Upon completion, I explained that I would need a ride. Within 15 minutes, Phil arrived and brought me in. He was very punctual. When I picked up the car, Gary was on his lunch hour; however, Austin, the Service Manager took care of me. Before driving off the lot, I inspected the car and pointed out one item that had not been addressed, and he got right on it. I applaud Moss Bros. For their commitment to excellent customer service.
