Great job from my sales rep Cleveland His broad range of product knowledge was really evident. He was able to answer my esoteric questions. Great Job. However the dealerships internal technology needs help. It took at least three attempts to get my name correct on their internal data base. The on-line pre-approval site was buggy too. But the staff was all knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Now if they can figure out what's wrong with my cars' electrical system everything will be great.

Pierce was friendly, professional and efficient in helping me get the new fuel pump exchanged. I had a limited amount of time and Pierce went above and beyond in talking with the mechanics to see if it was possible to finish the work in 3 hours instead of 4. I correctly assume the technical competence of the service providers at Germain Honda and you can’t match their friendliness. Because of age and disability, they allowed me to remain in my car for an oil change but denied me the carnival ride with it on the hoist to change the tires. Instead, they picked up and returned the car from my home to provide this service. Their “going the extra mile” in this way has been my experience with them over the years and I an deeply grateful.
