Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Got our Sport Touring in May. Love it so far. Very comfortable, averaging around 40 mpg. Roomy back seat for seniors. Great on Interstate or around town

I purchased a car from this lot and it was a much easier process than I thought. From the time that I showed interest to the time that I left the lot my questions were answered timely and my time was well spent. Loreal was a huge help in the car buying process and her customer service is unmatched. As a first time car buyer I was welcomed and treated with the best intentions.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. So I've owned my 2020 Honda CR-V for 2 years now. It's been overall a great and reliable vehicle. I originally wanted to upgrade from my Civic Hatchback to a truck but didn't want to sacrifice fuel economy or spend $40,000+ for a good truck. We bought my wife a 2019 CR-V EX FWD the previous year and we really enjoyed driving it and loved the cargo space and comfortable seating in the back for when we were traveling with others. When I saw the Hybrid model was released I decided to check it out. It checked off most everything on my list that I was wanting from a truck overall since I didn't need it to tow things and while I couldn't load everything in the trunk with the seats folded down, like I could in the bed of a truck, I definitely could load a lot of things when needed and it was good on gas and I could get it for about $32,000. So in the end it was a great fit. We've loved having 2 CR-V's and normally will take mine on day trips mainly because it has AWD and my wife's doesn't but the one area I've been disappointed in with the vehicle is Highway MPG. My wife's CR-V is rated at 34mpg on the highway and my CR-V Hybrid is rated at 35mpg on the highway. When we take her car on long road trips she gets about 32-35mpg like advertised and these trips are 95% highway. When we take mine on the same trip my fuel economy is much worse dropping to 27-30mpg and I'm driving in both scenarios. Now when I drive normally, like when I'm going to work or to run errands throughout the week, the fuel economy is great, even getting up to 40mpg on average at times but usually around 36-39mpg. I've asked Honda why my car is rated as being better on the highway compared to my wife's CR-V and yet my car is far worse on the highway and I was basically told I'm not driving it correctly. It's definitely an annoyance but since we have my wife's CR-V available to take on the long trips it works out for our uses.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads

This was my first service appointment since I bought the car from them last year. The time estimate to complete the work was accurate. The work was completed to my satisfaction, at a cost lower than expected. I waited while the car was being worked on, and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. Everyone I talked to was courteous and helpful. I’m impressed.

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. Stylish, dependable, great gas mileage (32-41) and just an all around great vehicle. We looked at the newest model but were really put off by the styling. We traded our 2019 Honda Odyssey for this CR-V Hybrid AWD thinking the better mileage would pay for itself in years to come. Our Odyssey was worth so much in trade that the cost to us for the CR-V was only $4,000. The CR-V averages about 41mpg in town and has gotten as high as 48mpg. On the highway, at 75 and in cruise control, we get 35mpg and as high as 39mpg. The Odyssey got 16/26. The CR-V is so comfortable and has so many safety features that it gives us a feeling of security when driving. One small complaint: Honda should have kept the shift lever instead of changing to buttons. The 2024 model has the shift lever back.

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. We have now had the CR-V touring hybrid in Ohio for 1 1/2 years and still loving it,NO complaints. Average fuel in winter 33 but in summer conditions 42 and a couple of times 45, Mostly town and country driving 55/60 MPH Now have 15800 miles on the CR-V with NO problems and getting very close for second oil change. Would buy again, For a lot of high way speeds may have bought non hybrid but for our driving needs hybrid is GREAT Larry north central Ohio,

Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Bought the car right off the showroom floor! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and could not ask for more! TY Piazza Honda AND Nancy! A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

2023 Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid. I also own a 2020 CRV Touring Hybrid. New one cost me $7500 more than my last one but is completely different looking car inside and out. Bigger and engine is quieter. If you are hesitant about buying a hybrid…do not be with this one. Someone commented it does not have fog lights, actually it does. You do now have to pay extra to get dealer installed homelink garage door opener rear view mirror and a cargo cover.
