2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

I am a long time client of Honda New Rochelle and its service department. I can recommend a service manager there, Bob Hochberg, for his polite, professional and knowledgeable service that have kept my cars over these years in tip top condition.

Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! This is my third sales with Paramus Honda, all of them I was assisted by Alex Bernabe and CJ. Alex explained everything and all options we have about a lease to end. We end buying the leased car. With all options about financing the car we took a decision right there. We just were there to see the options (with two months of the lease remaining). I am sure that for my next vehicle needs I will be there and ask for Alex helps.

When we came into the Paragon Honda dealership to go through the purchase, Deniz and all his fellow co-workers at the dealership were very professional, helpful and polite. Never felt any pressure during out whole Pilot purchase and made buying a vehicle through Deniz and the whole Paragon Honda dealership a delight! I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I will recommend Tarrytown Honda, they were profesional, respectful and polite even though we only exchanged a few phone calls. Thank you.
