Went in not planning on buying a new car. Saw an Aegean Blue Sport Civic in the showroom & fell in love. I've never owned a Honda before, so I hope to enjoy the experience. Our salesman, Dan Sanford, was very friendly & knowledgeable. All the employees were very accommodating & made it a good experience.
Scheduled an appointment for a recall issue. was told it would take 2 hours to complete. Service tech, Mr. Aquilera was very personable, pleasant and professional. appointment only took 1 hour. excellent service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Bill McGinnis was a pleasure to work with when getting my Cr-v. Great car and he was helpful round the clock with my busy schedule and my parents??? who helped finance the car and also live out of state. The whole process was probably a MAJOR hassle for him but very painless and easy for me. He helped me to be able to drive off the lot in my wonderful new car much sooner than I had expected! My family and I greatly appreciated his pleasant demeanor and willingness to work with us. It???s hard to find some one you trust when it comes to buying a preowned car as a young woman with little car buying experience, but Bill and the gentlemen of Airport Honda were incredibly helpful and accommodating and I fully trust them and will go there for any future car needs.
Shopped for months for a second car. Find a clean, great running car here. The annoying tire pressure light was on. Dealership replaced the sensor as part of the buying process. Other dealers wouldn't even think of doing that. Also washed and vacuumed the car everytime they touched it. Bought from Stephen Patterson. Great dude!
The very best car sales experience I have ever had, and at age 70, I've purchased many cars. Darrell Robinette, the sales manager, was the first person I contacted as the car was advertised on the internet and I live in Texas. Darrell gave me very accurate and detailed information about the car and then referred me to his sales associate, Bill Francis. Bill Francis did every single thing anyone could want when it comes to a professional sales person. He stayed in touch with me and my wife, pretty much on a daily basis, as we went through the process of purchasing the car. He was always available and helped through the sometimes frustrating maze of paper work when buying a vehicle from out of state. Bill made sure all the correct forms (there are a lot of them) were filled out and when we brought them to our local DMV, there were no problems. Thanks also to Sara McGill who assisted Bill with the paperwork. We love the car we purchased from Rice Buick GMC but it's even more special because of the wonderful people that work at that dealership.
Was on vacation and got a warning message. Junior Teffeteller got me in first thing next day. The fix took an hour and was back on the road. So glad I was able get the quick fix and back to my vacation.
