No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

We have been buying cars for many years with New Smyrna Dodge and specifically our favorite no xx sales guy Tom Nicholson. We have looked elsewhere but always return to NSB Dodge because they truly take care of you to ensure a pleasant experience and treat you like family. We won't go anywhere else! The whole team from the sales experience, finance team and even service department are all professional and extremely easy to work with. I wish I could give a higher rating but it only allows a 5. If you are looking for an upfront, no hassle car buying experience definitely check this dealership out. And if you are looking for something in particular that you don't see on the lot ask them, they might have access to it on one of their sister locations. These people really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and become a life long customer.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

Elijah and Joseph and two of the car dealers I had worked with. Overall I got to work with a lot more people as everyone is helpful and gives you information and suggestions. Highly recommend dealing with Elijah and Joseph when buying at Greenway Kia. They are not pushy nor do they make you feel pressured to buy the step up model. Very knowledgeable and gave great insight on the vehicles I was looking at buying. Joseph was great with welcoming and proving information. He was super chill and let me do my thing while I was on site. I visited the dealership 3-5 times before buying and each time they were there for support not to push me to buy. My deal was fantastic and they are whining to work with you on your purchase.

Rick at.Vehicle Clearing House is our GO-TO Guy when purchasing or selling Used Vehicles. We have been working with him for almost 10 years now and just completed our most recent purchase of a used Tesla 2024 Model X with only 5,000 miles. We were going to have him check out 2023 with 30,000 miles we found, but he scoured the country and found a 2024 with only 5,000 miles for just a few more dollars and had it shipped down from Massachusetts. His fee for service is very reasonable and he will accept your car either on consignment or a “Buy It Now” Price and has Always offered us Very Fair Price and Terms. I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!
