I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! I came to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven for a very specific Infiniti Q50. Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. Every time I bring my truck in for maintenance. I'm greeted with smiles. This time, it was Mark who greeted me. He is kind and very amiable. After awhile, Mark came up to me and explained that my truck needed transmission fluid replaced and I told him that i needed to speak with my husband. Well, after going back and forth with him, I was able to get an go ahead and asked Mark if we could do it. Little did I know, they had taken my truck down and washed it by the time the decision was made. I went to Mark and explained that my husband wanted it done. With a smile on his face, Mark said “You got it!”. When it was ready, Mark called my name and explained everything to me and walked me over to cash out. He was very pleasant to talk to and very easy going. It was then he told me the technician had washed my truck for the second time. These guys are amazing!!! I wouldn't want to take my truck anywhere else. Big thank you to Mark and especially the technician who worked on my vehicle! Thank you!

Repairs are the last thing you think about when purchasing a new or used car. However, when needed, there is nothing more important. Suburban Subaru understands this. Recently, we needed to replace a rear sensor. They were not available...period. The General Manager made sure we had a loaner, banged on the corporate Subaru doors, more than once, and eventually found one at another dealership. No moss under his feet. Thank you so much. My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

If you are purchasing a new car, do yourself an favor and visit Manchester Honda. They will give you the bottom line price (minus your trade in ) right off the bat. After spending valuable time at other dealers I went on line and found Manchester Honda. Their price on line was $1100 less than anything I was offered. Plus, the trade in value for my existing car was more than fair. I requested a gray Pilot which they did not have on their lot. Bill was able to get me exactly the Pilot I wanted within 12 hours. All of this transpired on Wednesday and I picked up my car on Friday. I actually could have picked up the car Wednesday night. They were incredibly accommodating. Frank sat with me and went over all the features of the Pilot. They couldn't have been nicer.
