No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Checked out the car we wanted to from Cars.com, it was exactly as described, and we drove it home same day. Oscar was helpful and patient.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. I was able to get everything but the paperwork done via text, they stayed late to help me complete paperwork and get me in the car, all around was an excellent customer service experience and I now have a great car!

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

You couldn't find a better place to shop. Very enjoyable to work with them treated the wife and I better than I was ever treated at a dealership. we will recommend to friends and family think for everything.

Fair negotiations. Once deal was finalized, quick into business office to take car of payments and quick clean up. Out the door in a little over 2 hours. Quickest purchase I have ever made.

They have delivered the vehicle ahead of time. Dean bloom was in constant touch with us to give us update. We expected the actual delivery in March but was way ahead of time compared to any other dealership.

Our service advisor, Jim, went above and beyond during our visit to the service department. He was able to get us assistance from Honda of America in covering a lot of our charges. His time and effort were very much appreciated.
