I’m very happy with the level professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I was made to feel welcome and listened to when I was explaining about the issue I was having with my car. They managed to get the issue looked at and corrected in a relatively short amount of time. A big thank you to Rich and John for helping me out in Service. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I brought my 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid in for 10,000 miles servicing. I was greeted by Bryan Clay in the service department who was very cordial and professional. Tire rotation and oil change was done in a very timely manner and I was out the door a little over an hour. Great service!

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

Makeena was absolutely amazing to our family. Our family’s conflicting schedules make it hard to shop for cars together, so our time was quite limited. When we showed up with 35 minutes left till close, she was very busy and still took the time to acknowledge us with a very welcoming smile. We were a little hesitant about Auto Boutique since we hadn’t heard of them, but the selection and Makeena made us want to return over the weekend. We had a couple cars that we considered looking at elsewhere, but Makeena’s willingness to stand in the rain with us, and patience as we rejected multiple cars made us want to continue to work with her and see to that she got the sale, because her attitude earned our business. I probably won’t trade in another car here as I really believe the appraisers could have put more money into the trade, but we accepted the deal with no regrets. Routine oil change and a factory recall appointment. Vehicle completed as promised . Shuttle service driver super nice ! Dan in service reviewed everything thoroughly . Texted me when work complete . We purchased a used Honda CRV approximately 2 years ago and our experience with Buckeye Honda has been great. They treated us well during the purchase process and have not stopped. We have hesitated in the past to use dealers for repairs and routine maintenance, but the service crew here is exceptional. We are treated with respect and kindness, and they never try to sell us what we don't need.

I bought a car from Buckeye Toyota 1.5 years ago, and I have to say that I have never had such a stress-free buying experience! They were honest and straightforward; they gave me a great deal on my old trade in and gave me a good deal on my new car. I was so confident in my purchase, that my husband did not even participate in the buying process. Today, when I go in to get my car serviced, I know I am being taken care of. In fact, every time I am there, the gentleman who sold me the car somehow finds me, and asks me how things are going. I have lived in different states, and have had experience with many different dealerships, and I have to say that Buckeye Toyota is special. I am a fan!

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call! He knows how to treat his customers right!

Buy a Hyandai, you won’t regret it! This is my second Tucson. I took it in for a repair, Todd and the others at Service are great, welcoming, kind, attentive. The place is super clean and bright! I can’t say enough! My sister went from a Tucson owner for many years to buying a Mazda. She regrets it, because she said she misses how great the service is at Germain!

Found a car in their inventory online, took a test drive on Monday. After a few e-mails with my salesman, Matt Masso (great guy!) purchased my 2011 Honda Accord on Thursday. Great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. Not pushy at all and very customer oriented.
