No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Huffines and would definitely recommend them. Salesman was named Austin who was obviously well trained on the different trims and options and really provided a low pressure sales experience. I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. AutoNation CDJR North Richland Hills performed an oil change and tire rotation and state inspection on my 2023 Ram 1500, July 25, 2025. The service reps all seem very professional. They offered me their shuttle service and had my truck done in about 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job! However, I noted that the tire rotation was not performed as per the manufacturer. All they did was move the fronts to the rear and the rears to the front. In accordance with the 2023 Ram 1500 owners manual the rear tires should have been crossed when bringing them to the front. The other noted issue I thought was huge safety issue, especially driving at night, was that for some reason the mechanic had turned my headlight switch to the off position. Turning that switch to the off position cancels every automatic function for your dash lights and center cluster (infotainment). By selecting the off position, ALL the dash and center infotainment lights go to FULL bright making it almost impossible to see anything outside the truck, especially with the 12 inch screen. It also prevents your steering wheel lights from coming on and prevents the high beams from functioning. I didn't know they had done this as I headed to work at 5 in the morning last Monday. I had pulled off the road twice on the way to work to try to troubleshoot the issue. It was useless because I couldn't see with the lights glaring in my eyes. I'm not sure why they had to mess with the headlight switch, but the least they could do is put the switch back where they found it. Would I recommend them to a friend, yes, BUT I'd warn them to verify their settings before needing them. And probably take it someplace else who knows how to rotate tires.
