No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. Megan for helpful and informative in service. Did not purchase my vehicle there because in 2022 was not available until March. Needed a new Honda crv since the beginning of February. Bought in Marion Ohio but wanted to buy at Sunnyside. My only complaint was the charged a fee for me to use my credit card, that was lame.
