I have always been leery of going to dealerships, but I was put at ease quickly as soon as I drove in the lot and Hunter walked out to greet me. Since we had been communicating by text, she had the truck I wanted to look at out front waiting for me. The truck was exactly as it was described and after I test drove it, I decided to buy it. I rarely see customer service at the level that Hunter and Josh gave me, patience, kindness, understanding, and a willingness to answer any questions I had. They go above and beyond what other dealerships would. I highly recommend Auto Empire whether you’re just looking or ready to buy; you will enjoy meeting them. I will be going back for my next vehicle.

Some folks say this isn't a real truck. But if you want a wonderfully smooth ride, ingenious places to put your stuff, reliability, and style, this IS your truck. We wanted room for 4 and this truck is spacious. We can haul anything we have need to haul and look good doing it. What more could you ask for in a truck?

I wanted a full size truck and my wife wanted an SUV. The Honda Ridgeline is a perfect compromise and we are both very happy we purchased it. It is comfortable, drives nice and loaded with features. Cant go wrong with a Honda!

I loved the ridgeline when I had it. Had lots of room and was very comfortable on long trips which we did a lot of. It averaged about 17 mpg not the best but it was a great truck. It had 130,000 miles when I traded it in and it could've gone another 100,000 miles. No problems with it just wanted something smaller and more economical. Would recommend if you like how SUVs or cars drive but want a truck.

impressed with having a truck bed AND a trunk under the bed. 4 doors and comfortable seating for up to 5, back up camera, sun roof, rear window slides open.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Cars USA in Virginia Beach. I really appriciate all that Nick did in working with me. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. Bob, Greg, and Brian were wonderful to deal with and helped us find better than we were looking for. We’re very happy with our 2011 GMC Sierra LST. There is still some work that has to be done on it, but they’ve been in contact with us every step of the way.
