Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

I had a great experience at Old Orchard Nissan. Antoni was very knowledgeable and helped me and my family with new Nissan rogue. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I also get a better deal than i expected. Will be telling my friends and family about Antoni.

I traded in my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E for a 2022 Black Edition Ridgeline. Love the additional features, and the fact that they put a volume knob back on the infotainment system. Comfortable ride, love the tailgate and the in bed audio system which just blows people away! Also love the two way tailgate and the trunk in the bed.

9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. I can't tell you what a privilege it was to find and buy a car at this small auto store. Leo was above and beyond what EVERY reputable dealer should strive to be; honest, straight to the point, and most importantly, fair! I was literally in and out within 20 minutes of taking the test drive which is the fastest I've ever purchased a car. He went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. His store will be the first place I recommend people to check out before anyone else.

When to Honda for an oil change in addition got new wipers and the oil change package. The estimate and invoice format stinks. It is confusing and conducive to upsetting the customer. 8
