If you want a reliable, economical (to buy and drive) yet roomy and nice feeling car with industry leading looks, the Elantra is for you. Appointed just fine for everything I wanted in a commuting car. I wouldn't call it a family sedan, but would do if need be. Sips gas. Bought first one new as the base L model, and what a deal. Taught my daughter to drive a standard on it, then she stole it (ok she bought it, but I gave her a family deal). Bought another one used (hail damage write off), 2014 GL model but same car but now my son is taking it. Great car.
One of the best experiences we had buying a car. We went in just to take a look at a used SUV. It was listed as the second best price with the 3rd lowest miles around. Thought it was too good to be true.
We stopped at the dealership and went straight to look at it. Very good shape for the year. Went in to ask to take it for a test drive and was approached by a Salesman Alec Polivka. Great young man, easy to talk to and polite. Gathered our information, pulled the car around, and went along with us for the drive. After getting back, we started the 'dreaded' process of negotiating a price. Not the bad experience you hear horror stories about. This is where we were introduced to the Sales Manager.
Brent Reeves came and asked what he could do for us. He wanted to close the sale. We had a little give and take, but came to a price that was where I wanted to be at for the total price. Again very polite, easy to deal with, and quick with any answers to our questions. Now I have to say at this point is where I started to get nervous. I have read other reviews that the finance department was not up to rest of the standards of sales department.
This is where George Othon came to get us to give us the low down on the final price and payments. Accurate, efficient, easy going, and funny. We didn't want any extra warranties of protection added to the costs of the purchase. I was relived when we did not get the hard sell on trying to get the add-ons at the end of the sale. Payment was less than what we were quoted before on the sales floor. This was a pleasant surprise, usually it goes the other way at dealerships and try to squeeze every last cent out of the deal.
The only odd part was the layout of the inside of the showroom. This is so low on the list I didn't even want to mention it. I don't believe everything in the review should be positive, but I needed to stretch to put in something that I didn't like. I may or may not receive the best deal around. It felt like I did and it was in our budget. Our last car was purchased at the Elgin McGrath location. That was a average experience where this was a great experience.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
Fernando was AMAZING, you can tell he truely loves his job and loves the customers. He took his TIME to help me choose a car I wanted and wasn’t too pushy. I drove over an hour to come here and would definitely come back!
Did place was amazing, tell answered all of my questions and helped me find amazing deals to get the car that I wanted. Ryan Livingston was our sales person and he was awesome. He had a wonderful sense of humor and helped me find the car that I wanted. Everyone at this dealership was very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for friendly service and more car options!
My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.

Great fit for what we needed when we needed it. My daughter drives the Elantra and is very happy with it’s fit, finish, features, and gas mileage.

Ever since my previous car started malfunctioning, I found the 2014-2015 Elantra Sport and I had to have one. The beige leather interior, the keyless ignition, the sports stainless steel pedals, sunroof, heated leather seats, I mean, everything I wanted.
The car gets great gas mileage, has lots of leg room, at least for the manual version, I can't sing its praises enough.
Im sure theres something car buffs can find wrong with it, but for me, it's what I needed.
great experience I can't thank enough to this guys nizar and Jon thank so much.. we fit so much more.. we are so happy with my 2019 santa fe.

First off since I have extensive automotive experience I had prior doubts on a Hyundai purchase due to there prior fail in the 90's as a cheap unreliable vehicle but wow! did my feelings change.
First Hyundai elantra's are everywhere ( 3 of my neighbors have them) and the magnetic pull towards a common car was a absolute null feeling and I didnt think I would eventually be a "proud" owner. The car has a solid sporty feel with a smooth transmission a moderate power and the standard accessories are just amazing from the touch screen stereo and the steering wheel controls with intergrated hands free phone and the "peppy" engine with a 30+mpg feels right for the size the Elantra is" even though there are more powerful cars in the same catagory but not common at this price". Overall experience with my Elantra has changed my opinion on Hyundai's and they are definitely not the cheap unreliable vehicles which i thought they were and I will be definitely purchasing a hyundai for my wife because she keeps taking mine.
Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!
I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!

This car has everything a new college grad heading off to her first job needs! Plus I can afford it! Love the look, love my sunroof. Makes commuting a breeze.
Tried to get info on a car online. I never heard back from them from making an inquiry online. Ended up calling after a few days to get my question answered.

This is the car of my dreams! It's the perfect size; not too small like the Accent, not too big like the Sonata, so it's a breeze for parallel parking. The trunk is surprisingly large- which is much needed for transporting instruments/equipment as well as everyday needs. I wasn't a fan of the backup camera at first, but now it's become a necessity and definitely taken strain off of my neck. The steering wheel radio controls and hands-free calling have also become a necessity, and I'm sure they've prevented many accidents so far.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
My experience at dealership was very good. Some car salesman can be pushy and intimidating. I spoke with Alex and he was wonderful put me at ease and made the purchase of my car easy. Good job Alex.
