Fast and Courteous

I had an appointment at 3:30pm, I was out of there by 4pm, everything was explained and he (I don't remember his name but the receipt says my advisor was Chad Niles) was very pleasant to work with. I do however have a complaint regarding my purchasing experience. I test drove my vehicle, I had a "Testdrive offer code" 30098-7247 that I would get $50 for test driving. I gave this to Marcus Porras, he said he was new and would make sure to send me the gift card - here we are 7 months later and I have not received anything. I purchased the vehicle, and told him I was referred by a friend, Hope Martell, she had also purchased a new Hyundai, and was told she would get a referral bonus, that he couldn't do it with my transaction but would make sure he sent it to her on his next sale... again, here we are 7 months later and nothing. I have text messages back and forth with Marcus, that I have saved, where he continued to promise to get these issues resolved, and then he stopped responding on February 13th. I love my car, and other than the issues outlined above, I have had a great experience. I do plan on purchasing a new vehicle in the next couple of years and will likely go back to Hyundai, however, I will never work with Marcus again.
