Getting another car 4 months later

We leased a 2018 Sante Fe Sport on Memorial Day about 4 months ago. Just 2 weeks ago someone smashed into me on I24 going 70mph and totalled my car. Since it was a lease we did not get much back from insurance and did not even have enough to get the same car. I loved my Santa Fe and I basically walked away from the crash with minor scratches and bruises thanks to the safety features! So I went back to the dealership yesterday and told them my story and showed them the crash pictures. They went over and above to help me get into another lease with very little down and almost the exact same payment. They fed my son pizza and took great care of us!! I left there with a 2019 Santa Fe with more safety features and I only have to pay $10 more in my monthly lease payment. I love this place - Jessica, Ryan and Patrick are wonderful. I highly recommend buying here!!

Test drove it locally but the still found the Kia Telluride slightly nicer overall with a little more interior usable space and seating. Pretty sure we will be going with the Kia, though either one would be fine.

I really had no plans to buy a car. I was just going to start looking because my 2009 car was getting up in mileage but still looked good & was running good I wasn't in no hurry to get rid of it. I didn't think I could get a brand new car in my price range & not get less of a car. I didn't want to loose anything I already had on old car which was electric locks & windows, rear defroster & side mirrors, fog lights, in addition to that I also wanted GPS, backup camera & heated seats. Thought I look get ideas on how much I have to save up which was going to be hard I'm on disability on limited income. A salesman came up wanted to know how much I could afford not thinking they could work in that price range. At 1st he showed me cars under the price range but they didn't have what I wanted, they had less on them than my old car had on it. But when I spotted the car I wanted him & the general manager did everything they could to get me in a nice car that has everything I wanted except the GPS. And they worked with me to get it in my price range & gave me a decent price on my car for trade in value. If the car had GPS would have been perfect but it has everything else so overall I am very pleased.

I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership.
I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service.
In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times.
It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client.
Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.

When negotiations with another Subaru dealership closer to home started to turn south I contacted several other dealerships requesting final out-the-door pricing for a 2016 Subaru Forester that included list of must have options. Brian Strahin with Bob Wade Subaru was quick to respond. Now in all fairness another dealership also responded quickly. However, Brian not only sent us the requested information he also helped to clairify the option packages. Not only was Bob Wade's pricing very competitive they also had the vehicle on the lot with our preferred color and with additional options without additional costs. They even offered to install the must have fog lights in the price. Due to the massive snow storm that hit the NE, it was a week before we could make it to the dealership to complete the paperwork and get our new Subaru. During the long wait Brian was in constant contact, pleasant and always quick to respond with any inquiries. The showroom is inviting and comfortable including a large gas fireplace! I didn't dare get too comfortable because it would have required a long nap! Brian gave us a tour of the building from the Service center to the waiting area. Folks were very pleasant! I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason. Because the first dealership remained unwilling to agree to the terms unless we financed with Subaru Motor Finance, AFTER they had been informed from day one we were preapproved with our credit union at a special 1.90% APR, our willingness to walk away and contact Bob Wade Subaru, we came out with the car of our choice with more options for less money!! A win win experience. We have already recommended the 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium to our friends and family and when they are ready to buy to be sure and contact Brian at Bob Wade in Harrisonburg, VA.

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.

2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring Rodrigo was the most professional car dealer I've ever done business with, and I have bought several cars! I never once felt that "used car salesman" vibe. I received way more money for my trade in than I anticipated, we're talking thousands of dollars! I definitely feel I got an excellent deal from O'Brien Mazda, and Rodrigo put everything together so quickly and effortlessly from start to finish. I got a 2018 black Mazda CX-5 Touring. All I can say is WOW! This vehicle is amazing, it has surpassed all my expectations and then some! I was initially going to get the base CX-5. Rodrigo noticed I fell in love with the touring edition, not only did he go above and beyond to get it in my color of choice. But somehow got the payments lower than expected. Overall, I had a wonderful buying experience today at Automax Ford in Killeen. Not only was the salesman, Timothy, knowledgeable on the vehicle I ended up purchasing, but he was very nice and accommodating. And Charles in the business department was great. To top off the experience, they have drinks and snacks for customers and they had barbecue that they served today as well. Others came in, interested in the vehicle I was attempting to purchase, a 2013 Ford Raptor, and they didn't play the competition game that other dealerships might have to try and drive up the sales price. I called to get information on a vehicle this dealer had just listed, they did not have any photos posted yet. I talked with Steve who texted me plenty of photos right away. He then FaceTimed me back and went over every inch of the vehicle for me and checked all functions real time. When I had a question that Steve did not know the answer to he asked a mechanic, Jeff to answer it for me. I live out of state from the dealer and could not see it in person, this was the next best thing. Because of Steve and Jeff’s help I planned on making a trip to test drive and see it in person. A vehicle came up for sale locally the same day that I ended up buying so I did not buy from Bronco Motors. He really took the time to explain the trade-in process and explain why the numbers presented were there. He was patient with my arguing and continued to treat me with respect and understood my frustrations during the process. At the end of the day, Abdulla was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and shared common experiences to ensure I felt at ease the entire time. Jose was also very friendly and explained each document I signed with clarity and calm, answering my questions with ease. Sal even came out, introduced himself, and really made me feel like I was a valued customer and the fact it was almost 10:00 pm didn't seem to phase anybody.
