When negotiations with another Subaru dealership closer to home started to turn south I contacted several other dealerships requesting final out-the-door pricing for a 2016 Subaru Forester that included list of must have options. Brian Strahin with Bob Wade Subaru was quick to respond. Now in all fairness another dealership also responded quickly. However, Brian not only sent us the requested information he also helped to clairify the option packages. Not only was Bob Wade's pricing very competitive they also had the vehicle on the lot with our preferred color and with additional options without additional costs. They even offered to install the must have fog lights in the price. Due to the massive snow storm that hit the NE, it was a week before we could make it to the dealership to complete the paperwork and get our new Subaru. During the long wait Brian was in constant contact, pleasant and always quick to respond with any inquiries. The showroom is inviting and comfortable including a large gas fireplace! I didn't dare get too comfortable because it would have required a long nap! Brian gave us a tour of the building from the Service center to the waiting area. Folks were very pleasant! I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason. Because the first dealership remained unwilling to agree to the terms unless we financed with Subaru Motor Finance, AFTER they had been informed from day one we were preapproved with our credit union at a special 1.90% APR, our willingness to walk away and contact Bob Wade Subaru, we came out with the car of our choice with more options for less money!! A win win experience. We have already recommended the 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium to our friends and family and when they are ready to buy to be sure and contact Brian at Bob Wade in Harrisonburg, VA.

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.

I am excited to say that my experience with Golf Mill Ford was a blast! I was looking to purchase 2017 Ford Fusion - my dream car, and I prepared myself for a long day at the dealership, however our sales consultant - Andrew Kreatsoulas was truly excellent! He made the process absolutely painless, very quick and professional. Test drove it locally but the still found the Kia Telluride slightly nicer overall with a little more interior usable space and seating. Pretty sure we will be going with the Kia, though either one would be fine.

We leased a 2018 Sante Fe Sport on Memorial Day about 4 months ago. Just 2 weeks ago someone smashed into me on I24 going 70mph and totalled my car. Since it was a lease we did not get much back from insurance and did not even have enough to get the same car. I loved my Santa Fe and I basically walked away from the crash with minor scratches and bruises thanks to the safety features! So I went back to the dealership yesterday and told them my story and showed them the crash pictures. They went over and above to help me get into another lease with very little down and almost the exact same payment. They fed my son pizza and took great care of us!! I left there with a 2019 Santa Fe with more safety features and I only have to pay $10 more in my monthly lease payment. I love this place - Jessica, Ryan and Patrick are wonderful. I highly recommend buying here!!

Always going the extra mile to assist. When I needed some new fuses, they came out and brought a tool and assisted with installing them. It is easy to contact them, schedule appointment, and drop vehicle at dealership for service. I actually prefer Friendly Chevrolet over using my local garage for many of these service items.

Overall, I had a wonderful buying experience today at Automax Ford in Killeen. Not only was the salesman, Timothy, knowledgeable on the vehicle I ended up purchasing, but he was very nice and accommodating. And Charles in the business department was great. To top off the experience, they have drinks and snacks for customers and they had barbecue that they served today as well. Others came in, interested in the vehicle I was attempting to purchase, a 2013 Ford Raptor, and they didn't play the competition game that other dealerships might have to try and drive up the sales price. Very, very happy with my experience.

I was just there for an oil change, but was treated like I was there for a new car! Everyone was so wonderful. They explained what service they provided, what I needed in the near future and even washed my car.

Stopped by for regular oil / filter change, happy to report my timing was great, no wait, in and out less than 20 minutes. Coffee in waiting room was good, hardly had time to finish it.

I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership. I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service. In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times. It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client. Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.

I bought a Mercedes Benz 350 GLK 4matic truck for City World Hyundai and I am very pleased with the service I got. When issues with the original 2011 model cropped up, Briant Rosa went above and beyond to make sure the issue was smoothed out, resulting in me switching up to a newer model, and he was very respectful and professional. I am a hard to please customer, but these guys were so determined to give me the best service, with a personal touch; for the length of time I was at their office, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had been to 8 different dealerships, and the experience ranged from deceptive salesmen who tried selling me something else, to those whose car on ground was a far cry from what the pictures on their sites tell, to those who didn't have the car and were bulxxxxting. And then everyone wanted to run my credit first! But for the fact that I was in banking then and understood exactly what they were about to do, they would have ruined my credit before I could buy the car. There were those that took one look at me and their attitude said it all. Also, City Hyundai sticks to timelines; came in on the morning of the Friday I agreed with them, and left with the car that evening, with all t's crossed and i's dotted, from financing to DMV. Also, the follow-up has been excellent, with the title and other relevant stuff arriving way ahead of the average time. I am already discussing future business with them. My next car is definitely coming from them.

Ive seen some negative reviews on this site. But most you can just tell were difficult customers. We are on our 5th (or 6th) car from DANA. 2017 FORD EDGE SPORT. For my wife. 4 of them from SHAUNNA. She is more like part of extended family. (As well as JUAN) I always know what i want, & want to pay for it. And always got it. Her follow-up is second to none. We LIKE goin to see her, she makes things go smooth. Ive NEVER seen any upset or angry people in the showroom. And all the friends that have dealt with her feel the same. And my Son loves her too!. I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since "2011" when I leased my first "2011" Sonata Limited which I loved. I now have a "2014" Santa Fa. Turbo I delt with Al Levinger in sales he did his best to get me what I wanted. Tim Turnbull is great I'm so glad to see him as a manager in the Service Department he helped me with my car when I was having problems and he was a tech. I know that he knows what's to do and he is very understanding as a manager. John Grosso has been my service adviser since day one and is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue is the price of the service menu for each 7,000, 15,000 & 30,000 miles it's crazy I'm not paying $600.00 for 30,000 mile check up when my husband checks my brakes changes my filters and fluids that's insane and it's not anyone that is listed here they don't set the prices it's the dealerships price nothing that they can do about it. That's my only complaint. Everyone is great to work with.

I was internet shopping for a new Sante Fe. My salesman was Vinny. Open & Honest. Didn't purchase the vehicle but had a great shopping experience. Manager wasn't able to offer competitive pricing.

Folks at heavy duty service are customer oriented, quite friendly and want to meet your needs. Have had RV chassis serviced here for over two years and have always been treated by the staff at heavy duty like they are glad to have the business. I drive 50 plus miles for service because of the folks here.

I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in May, 2017 from Ricart Ffford and I was well pleased with the friendliness of all the staff that took care of me. They were very professional as well. I just recently got an Oil change at the dealership and I was able to get my car in right away. They did an excellent job and updated me on what would be needed in the near future. I went to look at used 4WD vehicles I had seen online. I had also received a Pre-approval letter. Angela Dutton was my sales professional. It was late when I arrived and closing time but she worked with me and made it possible for me to consider a new 2018 model. The next morning she called and had found a 2018 Outlander sport equipped with 4WD. This is the first car I've owned that was brand new. I appreciate her efforts and love the car.

I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon (Night Edition) from Fawn Delany at Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha and I couldn't be happier. I was looking maybe for a standard Tuscon, Elantra or Sante Fe Sport and I also had a clear idea of what I was willing to pay. So I called Fawn (as I had purchased my last vehicle from her) and she had all of the cars lined up for me ready to test drive when I walked in. And there was ZERO pressure at all from her - I drove the cars and then went right home to think about which one I wanted. That's it. Isn't that crazy? I thought FOR SURE I would get the full-court press but she simply smiled, gave me her card and told me to call her if I had any further questions. So I went home, did some more research on the vehicles and that's when I saw it: The Tuscon Night Edition. I immediately knew I had to find a way to get that one but not compromise on my price range parameters. So I called Fawn and asked if they had one - they didn't. So not only did she find one for me at another dealer, she actually had it brought up to Waukesha just so I could drive it. Think about that: She delivered me a car that I had in NO WAY indicated I was going to purchase - I simply wanted to test drive it. Dealers don't typically do that because you have to barter or trade with the other dealer to pull it off of their lot AND it's a risk if the customer ends up walking away and now they have another car on their lot they have to sell that they didn't originally have. But Fawn did it for me and not because I'm a "regular" (I'm not) and buy cars all the time (I don't - haven't bought a vehicle for 6 years) but because of the fantastic service she provides for her customers. She's just willing to go that extra mile and take the risk. So once I decided that I wanted the vehicle, I had to get it to where it needed to be in price. So, Fawn and Nick worked with me to get it there. And boy did they ever: they were able to find extra discounts and rebates for me on top of already giving me a fantastic price break for the vehicle (in addition to the manufacturer rebates). There was simply no way I could turn the vehicle down for the price they were offering it to me for since it was EXACTLY in my price range - and this was the higher Trim level of Tuscon. So, long story short, I recommend Boucher for anyone looking to purchase a car who wants a pressure free and fantastic car buying experience. I know I'm certainly going back to Boucher for my next one.

I really had no plans to buy a car. I was just going to start looking because my 2009 car was getting up in mileage but still looked good & was running good I wasn't in no hurry to get rid of it. I didn't think I could get a brand new car in my price range & not get less of a car. I didn't want to loose anything I already had on old car which was electric locks & windows, rear defroster & side mirrors, fog lights, in addition to that I also wanted GPS, backup camera & heated seats. Thought I look get ideas on how much I have to save up which was going to be hard I'm on disability on limited income. A salesman came up wanted to know how much I could afford not thinking they could work in that price range. At 1st he showed me cars under the price range but they didn't have what I wanted, they had less on them than my old car had on it. But when I spotted the car I wanted him & the general manager did everything they could to get me in a nice car that has everything I wanted except the GPS. And they worked with me to get it in my price range & gave me a decent price on my car for trade in value. If the car had GPS would have been perfect but it has everything else so overall I am very pleased.

Everyone is courteous and professional. I had an issue with my new 2017 Spark that needed to be fixed. The service team did a nice job getting it corrected. I've been totally satisfied with this dealership, and so far I'm loving the car. Thanks
