I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

I’ve called different places for jeep information but this place actually truly helped me a lot, he explained everything to me and broke everything down for me considering I don’t know much about cars. Definitely looking forward to coming in with David and potentially buying my first car!!!

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

Bought this vehicle from Daytona hyunda on Nova Rd. Ian was are sales person I will never go anywhere else. We bought a 2020 Santa fe and traded it in for a 2022 Hyunda santa fe limited 2.5 turbo best in the world. 30 miles PG.

Based on my experience, I have to give five stars and double it to ten. What more can I ask? Very lucky! My first call was with the service manager Alberto. He explained the details of what to do in the situation like I was experiencing and Alberto, Nick and many others worked like a great team. They are polite, kind and they followed through every promise they made, charged me the minimally necessary, and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to reduce cost knowing what I have been through. Not only the new catalytic converter was restored, but I understood my car more, oil, fluid change, the car got a new life. I knew my car was happy there. Not only I am super grateful, but I know that God will bless their service, and each one of them for their kindness! Thank you! BTW, they provided great shuttle service at no charge, my car was super clean, the 13 year old battery was replaced, I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The car was there for 9 month due to the national back order, they took SUCH GREAT CARE for the car. Here is a bit more detail: My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen 9 month ago, since then my car has been through two Toyota dealerships. I called five. I had to move my car due to the dealership change stories after got me in or asking for excessive work, some suggested welding, it became confusing and exhausting for me physically and mentally having to move the car multiple times. So I just randomly search Toyota dealership and ended up calling Toyota on Western. The call with Alberto was short and sweet, about five minutes, I decided to move my car to their location. Glad I did! Alberto was straightforward, very educational and professional. It was from him, I finally understood, why welding the catalytic for the Prius converter is wrong, and I am all for doing the best for my car. I was uplifted, and relaxed after Alberto took my car in. He also move the car from time to time to keep the break in good shape, no amount of money or compliment can be exchanged with such genuine help and willingness to do good. I am smiling, and feeling very thankful!

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates.
