After a lousy experience at Ganley Hyundai, I decided to try my luck at Marhofer Hyundai. I am glad I did as Brent was an outstanding sales person who was not pushy and explained everything upfront and honestly. I didn't have to worry about a condescending sales manager and I even got a slightly upgraded version of the car I was looking for at a cheaper price than at Ganley. Brent has checked in a few times since I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well and I appreciate that. Everyone at Marhofer Hyundai was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
From the moment I first emailed them to the moment I drove off the lot with my new car, this company was professional, prompt, and courteous. There was no haggling or misinformation. Richard was upfront, honest, helpful, and very pleasant to work with.
Talked to wonderful sales personnel and made arrangements to look at a 2011 Town and Country. When I arrived I was amazed by the vehicles appearance, took a road test and purchased it that evening. Enjoyed my ride home and have shown my family members and friends about the wonderful deal and the wonderful employee's at Ron Marhofer's. If ever looking for a replacement for one of my other vehicles in the future will be my first place to go.

The staff in the service department is always efficient and courteous. They take care of my vehicle and keep it in tip top shape. They even fit me in when there are emergencies that need taken care of, right away!
I had a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful. My associate was Adam Mitchell and he was not pushy or over eager. He let me take the car home for the weekend to be able to test drive it the whole weekend to see if I really liked it which I really liked.
Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
