I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
Really good experience. Went in with a specific budget in mind. Was looking for a preowned certified suv crossover car. However I couldn’t resist the deal I received to be in a brand new 2019 car! Stayed in my budget and made a good friend , Anthony Peake, in the process. Great person to work with from start to finish.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. I had traveled from Salisbury Md. to Wingate to visit family few weeks ago when my tire warning light came on, on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I knew of your location, upon pulling up to your service department and talking to a girl at her desk (Martina MooYoung, she was great) it was an awesome experience from that point on, even though I had to replace my tire, they also did a recall and changed my oil. I recently had an unfortunate event with a tree falling on my 2016 Hyundai Azera. Much to my surprise, when I tried to report an insurance claim it was denied due to insufficient coverage. I went to Lake Norman Hyundai and explained my unfortunate situation to Shannon Moore, the Sales Manager, hoping that he would pass me off to one of his more senior sales associates who could help me not have to bear the entire $5K out of pocket expenses for the repair.
Much to my surprise, Shannon told me that he was going to 'take care of this one himself.' He told me to take a walk around the lot and find something that interested me while he went and spoke to Managing Partner Cam Stewart on my behalf.
I did see and emerald green beauty on the used lot that really piqued my curiosity. When I returned to the showroom, Shannon introduced me to Cam, who asked if I would be interested in looking at a used car, because he had just taken in a green 2015 luxury sedan that 'might be just my style.'
You guessed it, that was the one that I was eying up earlier. Long story short, these gentlemen worked out a deal that saved me the exorbitant out of pocket expenses and had me walking away a happy life long client. It's nice to know that I have a trusted dealership that puts customer relationships ahead of profits.
