I would recommend the sales associate I worked with --- who was actually recommended to me by a neighbor - the one who initially leased the car from had already left.
I took time to go ahead and meet the sales associate before this final visit and it since it was a lease return/exchange I knew what to expect. I did not find every associate (in the weeks before I turned in the lease) to be friendly or helpful.
I was looking at a different vehicle to feel safe and comfortable on the days when I have a long commute. I have chatted with Mickey about all the things my perfect someday vehicle would have. After I had tested a different car Mickey called to say she had the car I really wanted. So I went to drive that car instead. Mickey had found the car I always wanted but thought would be be the next one. This is a car I will drive for many years. Mickey puts in all her effort for every customer to be sure they love the car and get a great deal. I simply can not say enough positive things about not only my experience but also the experiences that I witnessed my family receive. All top of the line.
I made my appointment the day before - they were ready for me (as per usual) - I waited for my car (just about an hour) - car is washed and cleaned also. What more could one want?
