Words cannot express how thankful I am for Mick Fields, Joshua Fields, Sally Starbuck and Mark Hobbs. These tremendous people helped my car buying adventure be more pleasant than any other car buying experience before. Unfortunately, I bought a Toyota from a less than savory car ???dealership??? that found a bank to charge me almost 19% interest. On top of that, they sold me a car that was recalled four months after I bought it. I went to Toyota of Melbourne and they took care of me in the car rental department by giving me a loaner every month. One of those months I drove a Prius and I fell in love with it. One year later and still in a loaner car, I???ve had enough of changing out my daughter???s difficult car seat, so I was introduced to Mick Fields. Mick was so kind and patient with me (which I know I can be a little high-strung). He found the Prius that I was wanting that was not only fuel efficient, but safe for a family car!! When Joshua Fields came into play, he found not only a reputable bank to finance the car, but at 5.55% interest rate with affordable payments!!! What a difference!! Then Mark Hobbs, the financial man with a great plan, helped me sign the paperwork for the Prius and a program that instead of paying once a month, I would pay half of the note every payday. It???s automatic and I don???t have to worry about it I will have enough money in my account and it reduced my payment term by 7 months!! Not only is Mark knowledgeable, but he is funny! He made the wordy and boring process of signing paperwork fun and entertaining. Since I had to bring the car in to trade and I had the loaner at home, Sally Starbuck, another awesome sales agent, offered me a ride home! I know I was on her way but she didn???t have to do that at all. She was the cherry on top. Just a bunch of nice people helping out other people with respect and courtesy. Since this was the best car buying experience EVER, I will only go to Toyota of Melbourne and I recommend this group of people for your next car buying experience. They will not let you down!! From the bottom of my happy heart, thank you, thank you, thank you!! 😊

This 2018 Elantra is my 9th new car from Eckert since 2004. I have a 2016 Azera and needed a second airport car for approx next 20 months or so. I went to see about a used car but quickly realized a new car lease would be less expensive overall and less hassle with incentives...discounts and warranty etc. Stan Becker took care of all the details and deal was wrapped up and car delivered in short order..I have been a customer of Stan and his son Joe for all these years ans have sent several friends to them who were all extremely happy with their purchase. I use their service exclusively and find them to be friendly.. efficiant and fair with pricing. (Jimmy and Don). I have on rare occasions checked other dealers and always come back to Stan or Joe.

Great interior space; love the dual comfort controls, the heated seats and the heated steering wheel. Really nice to have a charging pad built right into the console for cell phones. Remote starter is now done via cell phone and an app versus a separate control on the key chain. Blue Link is provided for 3 years which included On Star.

Response time to initial call, scheduling a viewing and driving, all texted and called-in questions was excellent. Travis was our sales person and he was thorough, pulled up the Carfax report and printed it out, arranged for an off-site mechanic to review the vehicle to help us decide on purchase. Saw the car on-line Sunday, communication and questions Monday, view and drive Tuesday with mechanic inspection, sale closed Wednesday at 6:00 pm. Exceeded expectations!

My Chev Impala recently needed the ignition cylinder replaced. While there, diagnostics were run, and determined 3 other issues that truly needed to be repaired. Curtis Shell, Jr. carefully and understandably explained the issues, needed repairs, and costs. He was very helpful, always available by either dealer phone or his cell, and responded quickly. I was provided a brand new, full-size SUV to drive while my vehicle was in for repairs. Curtis walked me around the vehicle, explained functions, and just asked that I bring it back with a full tank of gas. When I arrived to pickup my car, Curtis walked me to the front desk. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the very nice woman who checked me out; she was fairly new, and her name is not listed in the list below. Curtis asked for the invoice, went through it line by line (but quickly), and then passed the baton to his colleague. She quickly checked me out, and I was ready to go. At that time, Melva Walton, the other Front Desk person, asked if I would complete a review. This has been a great experience, and I'm happy to do so. I'm also pleased to know that I have a dealer within 2-3 miles of my work where I can go for future Chev needs. Thank you!! I rate Curtis, Melva, and the other Front Desk person all EXCELLENT! When my husband and I are ready to replace this vehicle, Huffines WILL be one place we definitely will look.

I have a leased G90 and had some problems that I felt needed attention, I had talked to the service manager prior to coming in, was meet at the entrance with a warm welcome, was told the time it would possibly take, one of the problems was fixed before I left, wasn't really a problem. I was told it might take 3 days but they got on it right away and it was ready that evening around 5 pm was very pleased, very warm atmosphere. Even the receptionist were pleasing to work with. The only things I don't like are the stero 400 watts infinity for 34000 dollars is just to cheap should have had Bose speakers at the minimum for that price and the head lights suck to can't see nothing on low beam and the fact that I had to pay someone 150 dollars for a remote start on a fully loaded car is stupid yeah sure the app on the phone is nice but it's only free for 3 years then you have to pay like a 100 dollars a year not cool
