I have always been completely satisfied with the service Family Hyundai provides. From the initial visit almost a year ago with the sales team thru the regular servicing visits, I’m not sure there is a better dealership with which to work.

My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. If you're looking for a car and someone that really cares about you ALLEN WASHINGTON is your guy! he's not just my sale man he's, my Family!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I had to bring it back the following day as the cruise control still wasn"t working even with the new switch. New contact switch installed and everything seems to be working now. However, I did have to cancel a doctor appt because I spent 3 hours waiting for repair.

Ed was great. He was respectful and no pressure sales. I would recommend calling him and talking to him for your car needs. His no pressure sale just honest tlak.

The maintenance and parts are pricey but they provided a good service. Most Hyuindai dealerships seem to charge the same, so I'll mainly rate them on service. They did exactly as I asked and didn't push me to get other things done. My only complain is that I got there at 3:00 PM and was promised to be out by 5:00 PM but I didn't get to leave until 6:14 PM just for an oil change.

Ive bought 3 New Cars I keep coming back because they are like family they all help out when i dont understand something and i got the best deal there the car is great the service dept. is outstanding and our sales lady Lauren is outstanding ,careing just a great person and Guy he will do what every he cane to help you D'Arcy Hyundai just plain GREAT

The service advisor Matt Lecey was very accommodating and took his time to be sure that his client was completely satisfied. He went out of his way to be sure that the repair was done properly. This dearership should be proud to have such a fine young man at work there. He should receive a good raise for all that he does for his clients.

Kreshnick (Nick) was absolutely amazing to work with. All along the sales journey, he answered questions, provide any needed info and was always available. You can tell that he prides himself in make sure his customers are happy as he is always willing to go above and beyond. He made sure everything with the car delivery was perfect and has continued to help after the sales. Ryan the manager made sure to do everything he could to give us an amazing and honest deal. The financial employee made sure to give that same experience. They all deserve a raise. We haven't been able to stop recommending this dealer. It was truly a breathe of fresh air compared to the pushy and manipulative dealers all around. It really is appreciated.
