I had decided on the Hyundai Venue before visiting the dealership. What I needed was the individual packages. I have had the car for a short time. But I am very pleased with the ride and the performance.

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Kona 1.6 L engine. This is my 3rd Hyundai bought at this dealership and their service dept is outstanding. In particular, a big shout out to my service adviser, Christopher C who has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about their brand.

Purchased a vehicle, the process was fairly smooth and thoroughly explained. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and accommodating during and after the purchase. The car itself is versatile and customisable for personal preference and its accompanied app is more intuitive than other brands. I personally had an issue with the portable charging cord provided but the adapters worked well and I was able to get immediate responses from my salesperson.

Paul helped me this time with my 2023 Elantra factory recommend service (oil and filter change) everything went good and they also inspect my alignment and suspension which is peace of mind for ne because this was my last complimentary maintenance. Did you know that ev cars have 2 batteries? Well I didn?t. So apparently when the cars are shipped they are not fully charged. And while my car was plugged in to charge the big one. The other one was not fully charged. An honest mishap not a big deal. Had the new whip brought in and they took care of it Lickaty split. Dia has been so helpful with this since I live in Sacramento and the dealership is in Vacaville it?s like I was there She took care of everything for me with the service dept. and by the way they are wonderful Buddy is the man I have been coming here for years with my other car (Tucson) for oil changes and other things it needed. I?m very happy with the service from all of them in the service dept. Buddy, Logan and Matt. Ok so now back to Dia. She is everything you want to deal with when buying a car. You don?t get that shifty trying to talk you into getting something you don?t want or even need. I still have that feeling of wow I can?t believe I don?t feel like I got ?F? over feeling. I have bought 5 brand new cars in my life so far and this has been the best experience so far. The last time was when I bought my 1995 Honda Civic hatch back. I like to research my cars before I buy them and along with a friend of mine we loooooooked at a lot of ev cars and the Kona just fit me. I think all other dealerships should take a good lesson from Vacaville Hyundai. They all are so easy to talk to and you actually feel like your at your families house when your there. Fast response and friendly service. Only concern was not understanding why they wouldn’t offer used EV rebate as point of sale. Not sure if car was ineligible or if they just didn’t want to offer it. Otherwise great, easy to get to place

All the staff at Elk Grove Hyundai are amazing! I mostly dealt with Kellie in the parts department, and she was super sweet! This wasn’t my first time at this location, I went in because of a recall notice. I’m praying I’ll be able to buy my next Hyundai, the Santa Cruz, at this location!

I’m in my mid 60s and have never had such a great experience. This young lady Alejandra very professional carries herself like person twice her age very respectful after 15 minutes speaking with her I felt I knew her for 20 years. I will definitely refer her to anyone that I know that would buy a car. Great young lady the third personality and skills. She will definitely go places the rest of the people there at the dealership are also very nice and courteous. I give all of them a thumbs up.
