I was assisted on February 1st, 2018 by Mr. Kaboudi for car sales... and Andy with the car financing part. They were both very professional and did their best to get me out the door in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the staff at this location. Very friendly guys, provided me with lots of information regarding my purchase and were kind with offering beverages or just making sure I was comfortable while being assisted through the process. I also wound up referring a friend of mine to this dealership as well due to the great service I received that day. She also drove off the lot with a new car to drive herself and her son around in. Charles Bain is exemplary employee that represents the service department at Camleback Kia. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him servicing my 2016 Sorento and each time he is absolutely the best to work with, kind and prompt. I literally have no worries when I leave my car there now because I know he'll make sure it's taken care of, that all my concerns are addressed in great detail even before the work is completed. He always calls me to let me know what's going on and follows through on a promise. This is what you should expect from a marketplace exchange with a business as a wary consumer but the fact that not only does he deliver as he should as expected of his employer, but he makes me feel comfortable knowing he's "got this" that I'm not coming back to things I didn't agree to that have been added without my consent, my car is cleaner than when I brought it each time, walks me to the car to make sure I approve of the work, just an overall above an beyond experience. I remind him now how much sincerely appreciate his help and knew when it was time to service my SUV this time around again that I picked the time that HE was available. I live in Peoria, minuets from Peoria KIA, and I'd rather come to Phoenix which is near my work just to work with Charles Bain.... Long story even longer, I needed the basic service to my SUV. Oil change and I requested a tire rotation but I also was coming in because the power seat wasn't working. When I came back he told me I didn't need the rotation yet and didn't do it to save me some cash - He could have just done it regardless but his integrity kept him honest. I appreciate that. Also the seat fuse just went out so it was no charge and all I did get done was the oil and a engine filter. I haven't worked with anyone else at Camelback Kia so hopefully they're all like Charles BUT in any case management needs to start looking at Charles as the role model for the standard on how consumers are treated.
I couldn’t be happier with my car buying experience with Elwira. Take it from me when I say that she really knows her stuff. She doesn’t pressure you, she works with you on your budget, and she really gives you what you want. The whole process was really smooth! I even shopped around a little bit and test drove a few cars before making my final decision, but Elwira just worked with me so well that it was a no brainer . When buying a new car I am always nervous but Casey put me at ease as he understood my needs of features and also my financial situation. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! Eddie Gomez was our Delivery Manager. He and Patrick made my wife's experience getting into her new car just perfect! They even set us up with myHyndai Bluelink. Completely unexpected, this Sonata can be unlocked, engine start, Lights turned on and many other features all through our iPhone! Just absolutely love South Point Hyundai! We could've chosen any other Hyundai dealership, I am so glad we chose to return to Patrick and his supporting cast! In & out in less than an hour! Great service by Anna Gallegos! She is always very friendly, she listens to the customer, is extremely knowledgeable & the service here is unmatched! Go here please! I took my 2017 Genesis G80 to another dealership and wasn't happy with their service but here at Freeman Hyundai they completely gained my trust and this is the ONLY place i will have my car serviced! Thank you Anna Gallegos for restoring my faith in Hyundai / Genesis service departments! She's a great employee and is an example on how to get customers to return and gain their trust. 5 Stars!
Wife and I went in just looking to test drive a couple vehicles and met Jeff McL. Unlike other dealers we visited there was no pressure from Jeff or the managers. They made a great offer on our trade in and the vehicle we were looking at. The timing wasn't right for us so we ended up leaving without the car. In the following weeks Jeff responded within the minute of every text I sent him asking questions about different vehicles and he even went out and grabbed cars from other lots we could look at. Jeff made it feel like he was working for us and not the dealership and we truly appreciated that.
Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!
Dealerships have always been a bit frightening to me, as the usual experience there is not to par. As a young adult, it's scary and also A BIG DEAL purchasing a vehicle. My fiance and I have been discussing a new vehicle that would last us through the first few years of upcoming marriage and something reliable enough to get me back and forth to school as I continue my education. Our original intention when we made the appointment with Chris Hardison was to have a look around, maybe talk some numbers and see where we stand. What began as a general inquiry ended with us leaving with a 2018 Chevy Equinox. The experience was wonderful, both with the dealership and Chris, our salesman. Everyone was so willing to help and did everything they could to help us get into the vehicle we wanted. Our experience at Cooper Chevrolet has set a standard to which any future car-buying will be compared to. Now to provide appropriate praise for our salesman: If you want a mediocre, boring, unfriendly, super annoyingly serious salesman, don't go see Chris, because you will get none of those things. If you want a salesman who is knowledgeable, available, kind, FUNNY, serious in the professional sense, who wants to help you get the vehicle you love, want and need, who will work through his lunch even though he's hungry, who will walk you through the entire lot and let you test drive every vehicle and check every avenue to be sure there is a way made for you to get what you want, then I can and do HIGHLY recommend Chris. As aforementioned, this experience will set the standard to which all other car buying will be compared, and Chris has set the bar high for any and all other future encounters (future encounters will include him, as long as it's possible). My fiance and I are forever grateful for the experience and the vehicle that we LOVE so much. We are so glad that Chris and Cooper Chevrolet had a hand in us getting our Equinox.
I took my car in to be serviced and when I got in Chris, a service attendant walked me through everything, and got me set up in their lounge while I waited.
10 minutes later I received a text to ask if I needed anything and that my car should be ready shortly.
I was browsing the lot (possibly a new Jeep?) and Chris contacted me that my car was ready. I went to the service desk and Chris walked me through what they did and other information.
I was in and out in about 30 minutes and felt good that they explained everything to me and made suggestions for the future.

We were interested in the 2019 Santa Fe. Chris Bowen and his associates were very helpful and easy to deal with as we worked through our questions, dealt with the price, and made our purchase. After we'd bought the car -- which we love -- Chris spent close to two hours sitting in the car with us to explain all of its features. All in all, he made this a very good experience. We'll refer our friends to him.
This was my first time buying a new car & was referred to Chris Bowen. He exceeded my expectations by far & I have already referred someone else to him. He was ready to go as soon as I walked in the door & asked for him. He was never pushy & even agreed with me regarding wanting to shop around other dealerships as this had been my first stop. He made me feel as if he genuinely cared about my needs & wants as opposed to just caring about making a sale. Although I had a strong feeling I would be back. Chris stayed way later than his scheduled shift & was patient with me the entire time- I never once felt rushed. As I was on the phone with an important call- I found out when I came back that he found the perfect car for me. It was exactly what I wanted & he got my payments to where I needed them. We even shared family pictures while waiting for the finance manager as if we were friends & it wasn't solely a business transaction. I will 100% be returning to Chris for any future vehicles & will continue to refer him to anyone I know in search of a new car.

I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

The staff are very helpful and they explain everything clearly. The reason that I like and respect this facility is that the staff don't force customers to buy things that are not necessary yet.
Mirak gives me service like no other. I drive a older Chevy. They keep my car running like a top. When I decide to purchase a new car I will go to Mirack hands down. The new service man Tim really nice man. I liked working with him. Listened to me and gave me excellent feedback.
