I bought a new car from Arapahoe Hyundai. I received good service from them. Seth was very friendly and efficient. The price was less compare to other Hyundai dealership.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

Professional and on point must go atleast once and than make a decision you will not regret it.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Really love the mileage. It is small but the mightiest little car 🚗 i could imagine. It really is a two people car because of the size. But you will love it.

Absolutely a fantastic little SUV. It’s roomy enough, rides smooth, quiet and gets 42mpg on the highway and 35 mpg in the city, this is a very dependable car.

I have the 2021 Venue Denim which is now called the Limited. I purchased the car mainly because I liked the exterior styling and I wanted something with a little more ground clearance than the Honda Fit that I had before this car. I live in the Northeastern US and we do get some snow. AWD is not available in this car, but the high ground clearance with the "Snow Mode" option makes the car pretty good in snow as long as it's not very deep. The value of the car is extremely good if you compare it to what you get from other car makers. I also like the maneuverability of the car and the ease of parking due to the overall short length.

I ordered from this dealer, even though it's 45 miles from me because the sale rep knew the Mach-E very well and had a car I could drive. Ford dealers closer to me were clueless if not down right stupid when it came to the full electric Mach-E. A few glitches on the delivery but over all a very good job by the sales person Brandon. Great ride!

It’s a great vehicle! I average 40 mpg on the highway and 35 in town. It sits high and has great visibility. The doors open wide with easy ingress. The steering wheel has tilt and tel. I love the moonroof. It has disc brakes all around and stops very quickly. It seems very solid in overall build. The cargo area has clever features too. Mine is green with a grey interior and looks great. I really like this little SUV.

I absolutely LOVE my Venue. It is incredibly comfortable and a very smooth ride. My parents just got a new BMW and my venue rides just as well. It gets great gas mileage too. I average about 30 mpg and 35 highway. Hyundai has the best warranty out there too, so if you want a small but roomy fun safe car, get a venue!!

Sent in inquiry, spoke to Raul, set up a time to test drive the car. The car was immaculate! Low miles, beautiful!! Don't let the name Hertz deter you from checking out their cars!! Very well taken care of! Raul worked really hard on getting me the BEST financing available!! In and out in an hour and a half or less!! GREAT experience!! Never had such a smooth car buying experience!

I love the stying, the ride, the power is certainly adequate , and it is very smooth and quiet. It has all the modern safety features that we wanted with a great rear storage area and it gets great fuel mileage. My only negative marks ( which are minor ) are, the rearward vision is poor due to the size of the rear roof pillars and the small back window. My trim level the SEL came with a digital dashboard which is functional, but I prefer traditional gauges that come with the highest trim level the Limited. And lastly , this is my first car with an infotainment center dash with Apple CarPlay, and while it certainly can be useful, I don’t find it especially easy to navigate. It is overly complex and time consuming to try and navigate all the various menus. Which is why 99% of the time I don’t mess with it, I just get in it and drive , which is something that the Venue does very well. Overall I think it’s a great little car.

Our experience at EchoPark was awesome. I found the perfect car at a great price, and even though it was a used vehicle. Test driving was easy, and the overall experience was good. While our car purchase experience at EchoPark Thornton initially came with some unexpected repair and follow-up issues, we want to recognize the outstanding support we received from the General Manager, Joe Foote. Joe was extremely attentive, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that our concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner.

This SUV is just the right size for the wife and I. Plenty of room, nimble handling, very comfortable, and great gas mileage-(average 35 mpg).

Just need better audio. Radio reception terrible. Not given instruction on what to do. Not compatible with Sirius which is very disappointing. Need to be shown other options.

Got exactly the car we were hoping to get. Price was lower then the price down the street & had a lot more styles of our car then the previous place did too. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the computer inside so we can get the most benefits from it. All in all it was a good day!

This is in response to my very bad service experience. Through my proactive, unrelenting perseverance the GM and service manager heard me. I was not required to wait until November for them to take the time to find out why my new Santa fe kept shutting off in my driveway. I brought the car in and waited 3 hours for service to try to identify the issue snd test drive it. They were unable to ID the problem but have ordered a range selector switch. In ten days they will call when part arrives. Previous year models had this part issue. My service manager Brian McClure was excellent. I feel the service staff are better organized than before.They were cordial with all customers. I thank the GM for his sincerity and caring.

Just had the car 3 weeks, I got the limited white top blue bottom, got lots of compliments the interior styling is quite nice, hyndai did great in that department. Rides well so far, maneuvers easily, hopefully it last for a long time.

Great service and experience. I got my car before the expected day of arrival and it was very convenient for is. Matt was great at going through all the paper work with us and the product specialist explained all the features of the car which was very helpful. Bought this car yesterday and drove home 285 miles against a 25 to 30 mph wind and at 80+ mph (mostly interstate) and got 31 mpg. The trip was non-stop and thoroughly enjoyable. Dealership got my phone set up in Android Auto and my Spotify music sounded WAY better than I had come to expect after reading "professional" reviews of the 6 speaker system. I thought it was more than adequate and the equalization program was good. Seats were more than comfortable, they were also very supportive. I emerged from the car with no TB. I wouldn't have been able to say that with other cars I've owned and some cost much more. Everything about the dashboard layout and Android Auto seemed intuitive. Bought the SEL with comfort and premium package so enjoyed the sun roof, LED lights etc. The ride was controlled, the road noise and wind and engine sound was noticeable at times but at no time was any of it even close to unacceptable or intrusive. I was amazed at how quiet is was in light of a number of paid critics' views that cabin noise is so problematic. Several people commented today that they found the vehicle very attractive and couldn't believe the purchase price. They thought it must have been a much more expensive purchase. I downloaded the Hyundai app and can now read the owner manual on my phone. It also will remotely start the car, score your driving (for your eyes only unless you want them to give it to your insurance company) and perform many more functions including remote locking and provision of vehicle status reports in real time. Your maintenance program reminders and records are also provided. I think this is the most car you can buy for the money. Many safety features are standard on the SEL including lane keeping, blind spot advisories , Auto braking etc. Before you buy a small SUV/Crossover at any price you should do a lot of research. If you do, you will certainly give the Venue a closer inspection. Just because it is very affordable is really no reason to not consider it seriously. BTW, the dealership in Sioux City IA is excellent. You won't believe how beautiful this one is when dressed in Galactic Gray!! Reliability rating is unearned at this point but I am confident that it will be earned.

so the car is back in service snd they are currently evaluating the same problem. 2021 santa fe shut down with sysyrem shutdown mechanical seek service immediately. service is working with hyundai support. I hope to hear status today. this is second day. I'm grateful for their promptness. I have no other transportation so I'm unable to leave the house janet

The Venue is a great small SUV. Very comfortable.Lots of safety features. Drives smooth. Comes with a spare tire and wheel locks. We really like it.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years, from dealerships all over the country and this car deal was absolutely the cleanest, smoothest, quickest transaction I have ever been through. The car was exactly how they represented it to be and the price was lower than I could find anywhere in the country. The salesman, Phil Porras was an absolute professional and literally had the paperwork completed and me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Had great purchase experience with Schomp. Attila Szabo Was great as a sales advisor. Prior to my purchase visit, he understood my requirement and kept me updated on the new inventory, offers etc. when I finally decided to buy, Attila made the entire purchase experience out of the word and I was in and out within an hour with my new car. He explained various buying options, packages for me to decide and didn’t insist on me selecting any of those. However, my car had some manufacturing fault(no dealers fault) for which I had to tow it back to the dealership on the next day. Though Attila was off that day, he spoke to the GM and asked me to reach out to him when I reach there. When I asked for the GM at the dealership, I was not able to talk to him even though he was right in front of me. Seems like GM of Schomp Hyundai is out of reach for customers. However, other manager and a sympathetic sales advisor, Nick Becker took care of me, helped me with the loaner car. Nick is so amazing and caring. He stood by my side and helped me through out my visit and made me feel I mattered. My car is still at the service station awaiting the part. But service station staff were great too. Post diagnosis, they sent me a short video exposing what’s wrong and what are the next steps. So far my experience has been great and if anything changes until I pick up my car, I will come back and update.
