I'd been shopping for a BMW convertible online and was notified by CarGuru of a clean older model. I sent an inquiry and Auto Collection responded almost immediately offering me a test drive. I live only about 30 minute drive so I visited them a couple fo days later. The car was just what I wanted so we quickly made a deal, after they agreed to let me get a Pre-Purchase Inspection done at the BMW dealer nearby. The inspection found a few minor issues which Hans at Car Collection readily agreed to fix at their expense. It was all so easy that it was hard to believe. I drove the car home the next day and have been loving it ever since. Shawn, the inventory manager, did a great job explaining how things work and showing us the features, etc. I highly recommend you give them a try. They have some really nice cars in inventory.

Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

My wife and I were not going to buy a car the day we went to the Roseville Automall. We were looking at cars online and our intention was to test drive the ones we liked. This, to help us make our final decision. We are owners of an Infiniti M35, and we love it for cost of ownership, among other things. Our favorite car, that we saw online, was the QX50. We thought we would not be able to afford the QX50 the way we wanted it equipped. We also wanted to look at a few other cars by different makers at other dealerships. Let me tell you about the contrast between your dealership and the others. All the dealers met us quick enough in the parking lot and greeted us, but your guy Matt Saretsky made my wife and I feel the most comfortable. At the other dealers, I felt like they were pressuring me to commit to buying a car before they could even define any general deal terms. It didn???t make any sense to me. Moreover, I felt pushed into looking at a very specific car on the lot. At one dealership, I was looking at a 2018 that was dirty and obviously a ???demo??? car, if such a thing exists. It just looked used to me and had over 2000 miles on it. Matt did no such thing. Within 5 minutes of us arriving at the lot he showed us a 2019 QX50, that we really liked. He did not insult our intelligence by insisting that we convince him that we were there to buy a car. In fact, we told every dealer we saw that we were NOT there to buy a car. Matt asked me what it would take for me to want to buy the car that day, and I told him. 10 mins later, Matt handed me written terms almost to the letter of what we said it would take for us to buy the car that day. Then we test drove the 2019 QX 50. We were impressed with the car in every category. Matt had us test drive a car that had features we thought we would not be able to afford (panoramic moonroof, Heads Up Display, InTouch System, Around-View Monitor, etc.). Matt did a thorough job of pointing out all the features of the car, which was fully loaded. Before we moved on to look at cars at other dealerships we had a great conversation with Jeffrey Monioz who further emphasized what a great deal we were getting. We then continued to the other dealerships. We didn???t leave another dealer with any terms, in writing. Nor did we drive another car, for which we wanted favorable deal. The next day, we returned to purchase the QX50 that Matt showed us! We got there early because we have had longs days buying cars in the past. We started working with Beckie O at around 10 AM and was done and driving of your lot at around Noon. Overall, I would highly recommend paying Infiniti Roseville in the Roseville Automall a visit to get a great car at a good price!

Marcio made getting my new 530i BMW as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted (many don???t) and did not use the usual car ???salesy??? pitches (which I hate). My lease for my current BMW was almost over and I wasn???t sure I wanted another. I went to Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Alpha Romeo and Mazaratti. I wanted a more luxurious sedan than the 528i. The new 530i is very much an upgrade! I have been dealing with Braman for many years with my BMW, my husbands Porsche and my kids Mini Cooper. Service is always terrific, they always make me feel like they remember me (especially the head service guy), give me a loaner and give me back a clean (car washed) car. So if you want a company that takes good care if their clients (especially repeat ones), choose a Braman brand and if it???s a BMW definitely ask for Marcio! BTW one of the managers Kellan was also a pleasure to work with. All around good experience.

Sometimes things in life shift your priorities and you need to make adjustments. My wife and I had a 2015 Chevy Silverado we purchased to tow the toys around our lake house. We are no longer planning on keeping the lake house and with that we will no longer have a need for such a large vehicle. Over dinner my wife and I decided we should look into purchasing a more practical vehicle for our current and future family needs. We browsed the internet seeking what car will give us the best bang for our buck. On Sat February 24, 2018 my wife and I set out on our way to find our next vehicle. Our first stop was CarMax to have the truck appraised, and then we walked into Infiniti of Naperville. We were not looking forward to another car buying experience. The receptionist greeted us cordially, and paged for an available sales associate. We were introduced to Adam Murczek, where he ever so politely introduced himself to my wife first then to me. Thank you for being a gentleman to my wife. From that moment our experience changed.... We told Adam we wanted a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Infiniti QX60. He asked us what we knew about the vehicle and I said "nothing", at that moment his face lite up. You knew he was passionate about what he did, and that certainly showed through the amount of knowledge that he provided on the vehicle both in the showroom and on our test drive. After our test drive, we went back to discuss numbers and have our truck appraised by Infiniti. We had questions regarding leasing a Qx60 vs buying. We were introduced to the used car manager Jim Kalcic, who explained why we should lease or buy a vehicle. My wife and I crunched the numbers to see what would make sense, and Jim waited patiently to make sure if we had any questions they answered and to make sure our decision was the right one for us, and not what made the dealer the most money. We decided to proceed with the purchase of the 2017 QX60. Adam was very straight forward and honest with us, as he said I have a little wiggle room I do not have $5,000 to knock off of the vehicle. We met at a price that both parties agreed on. Of note, they beat CarMax???s appraisal on our truck. The experience did not stop there. After signing some documents we went to the finance office where we were assisted by Sean Pelkey. Super easy and seamless process, on a docupad. Sean did not pressure us with any of your ???typical??? finance products, but instead he showed us why we might find value in some of the products. Thank You Sean we shared some good laughs too. I would like to thank all of you gentleman who helped and assisted us in this car buying experience. Lastly, Adam you stand out of the crowd of your ???typical car salesman.??? You are genuine and truly have a passion for what you do every day. I have once been on your side of the desk and it can get frustrating, outside of the longer hours that are put into your job while being away from your family. Your character and dedication to your job and clients most importantly, is one to be recognized not only in a review but by upper management/ownership of Infiniti of Naperville. Thank You Again for a very wonderful experience.

Blake knows what it means to close a deal. I had my first dealings with him in Elk Grove. My husband and I were trying to trade my BMW to go back to the Nissan/Infiniti family. I have owned 2 Altimas and a G35 prior to the Bimmer. I love the quality of the cars leaving was a mistake. We were trying to close a deal on the G37 and couldn't so we were leaving because the negotiations broke down. As we were leaving Blake spoke, introduced himself and asked us a few questions. All he said was "let me see what U can do" and based on his ability to "please" the customer he was able to get the deal for us when the original sales person was ready to let us walk. On that trip and because of him I traded my BMW and drove off in my G37. Fast forward to 9/18/17. I was surfing the web since my lease was coming to a close. Once again I tried to deal with Elk Grove and once again I felt they were not wanting to work with me. I didn't feel like They really wanted my business. Everything was "I don't think we can do that". I was st tbe piint of giving up and just waiting until January my lease end date. Then I was contacted via e-mail someone from Roseville. I was calling back to say that I was just going to wait since I was led to believe that's what I needed to do. Low and behold the person on the other end was Blake. Not knowing it was one in the same from Elk Grove, i explained what I was wanting to do and he said let me check into it for. He did advise me that i may have to wait since I had 5 months left on my lease. He asked what kind if car I wanted and the work began. He was diligent but not pushy. He worked to earn our business and I appreciated that. Blake is a phenomenal sales person. He made me feel that he truly cared about our needs and wants. The Roseville Team has earned me as a customer. They need to bring this kind of service to Elk Grove. If I weren't for Blake and the rest of the team; Peter, Rebecca and Anthony I would still be waiting. They made sure I left with my new car. I love my QX60. Thank You Roseville Infiniti. This is now my 5th Nissan/Infinti product!!!! I am a satisfied customer.

'd been poking around on the Internet for weeks and sent an inquiry to this dealership about a '14 QX80. Walt called and we talked and the car was still available. We agreed to meet on Saturday and I arrived at 315p. My children had plans, so I needed to be home by 6p. We went for a test drive and I fell in love! Walt answered all my questions (not your typical hard sell salesman) When we returned, I met the GM Rick, "How did you like the car?" he asked. "I said it's beautiful, but I don't think I'm ready to pull the trigger because I have to be home by 6p." He said. "Palatine is what, 30 minutes away? Yes. Let's make a deal then." They were so warm and inviting. After a quick chat with Rick, they introduced me to Mike, the Finance Manager - that man is a miracle worker! Saved me about $150 per month over the original price. By 530pm I was in the car, setting the preset radio stations and drove on home. You guys ROCK and I would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much - me and the kids LOVE the car - though with that wheat interior, I make them wash their hands before they get in :-)

I bought a 2015 Infiniti Q40 new in Jan 2016. I can???t tell you how happy I am with my car and Roswell Infiniti???s service. I get all service done here. It is a bit more expensive upfront than going other places, but ends up costing less in the end because it???s done right EVERY time. They never try to oversell and are 100% honest. They also give discounts if you???re a loyal customer. Free courtesy vehicles are a bonus :) Recently had a defective headlight that they replaced free of charge since my vehicle has less than 60k miles on it. I bought the least expensive new vehicle that they had on the lot, and I am treated like I bought several of their most expensive. Come here for your service and Infiniti purchases!

I purchased a Q50 AWD. I've driven Acura TLs for the past 10 years and went there first, thinking I'd probably buy another. Their customer service has been good, so figured I'd stay. Well, dealing with them on purchasing a new car was like pulling teeth. They acted like they were doing us a favor. We had to haggle, argue, you name it, to get a decent price and trade-in from them. So I decided to to to your dealership, look at your AWD vehicles and see what you would do. When I walked in, Will met me at the door and asked a few questions. So polite. We went to his office and he looked at your inventory then took me to look at the car that I eventually bought. He was so helpful, and not pushy. It was a completely stress free situation. I could not believe the difference in the way I was treated. And there was no reason to haggle over the price. I felt like he was giving me a fair trade-in (I'd looked at Kelley Blue Book and knew the range it should be in), and I thought the price he quoted was fair. Will then had me drive it home so I could see how it handled on the curvy road I have to drive home on, see how it did on our steep driveway, and show it to my husband. When my husband and I went back to the dealership, again Will was not pushy and it was stress free. So, we ended up buying the vehicle. I truly believe your slogan now, "customer friendly" because that was the way I felt from the moment I first walked into your dealership.

I have taken my QX60 to the Infiniti dealerships in both Roswell and Marietta for oil changes and tire rotations, but this last time I tried the Infiniti dealership in Gwinnett. Rowell was okay, I could get in and out of there during lunchtime on a weekday in an hour and fifteen minutes, maybe an hour and a half. (That was oil, tires, and a wash.) The Nalley dealership in Marietta made me so frustrated I was in tears. Took them a half an hour just to call me up and get my paperwork started. An hour and a half later I demanded my car so I could return back to work. I told them I didn't care if it was washed - just bring me my car! It took them ANOTHER thirty minutes just to bring it around (not washed), so total I was there for over two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Never going there again for sure! I've heard they have a new service manager so I don't know if it will get any better but I'm not really inclined to try it. This last time, however, I took my car to the Infiniti of Gwinnett dealership - again during lunch - and again I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Kashawn was amazing! I actually initially went up there late on Saturday afternoon but they were just closing shop. He still made an effort to see if they could squeeze me in but they couldn't. He worked with me though to make an appointment for the following Wednesday (per my schedule, not theirs) at noon. I brought my car up there about 12:35 and he wrote out a card for me that had an expected finish time of 1:40 on one side and the Wi-Fi password on the other. I took my laptop in and got some work done while I waited. I didn't even realize an hour had passed but he came to get me right before 1:40 and told me my car was done and he was ready to finish my paperwork whenever I was. I finished what I was working on and went back to his desk. I paid for my service and he took me out to my car to make sure everything was to my liking. They even vacuumed the cargo area behind the third row for me like I had asked (they don't normally do that part - I think they only do the first two rows?). It looked great and I even had a complimentary bottle of water waiting for me in my cup holder! To be honest I went in dreading it so I took my laptop this time so I could at least be productive while I waited for an eternity for my car to get done. But that was not the case at all! They were great, Kashawn was SO nice and friendly, and they got my car done right and done on time. Guess I know where I will be going from now on? :-)
