This is my 3rd Infiniti. I bought the 2021 Q60 Luxe model. The 300hp twin turbo has plenty of punch (a lot, actually, especially in sport mode). So far averaging about 21-22 mpg in combined driving.

I have a 2021 Q60 and I love it. It has good power and plenty of features as well as the Bose sound system sounding pretty good. The gas milage is good too. Overall I would reccomend this car.

I’ve been doing business with Kelly INFINITI in Danvers since 2001 and yesterday I went to have my summer tires switched over to winter tires as expected service advisor Nick came to greet me at the entrance of the service area and told him what I needed to be done. Ask for CESAR, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. My mom and I were bracing ourselves going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. July, 2020 Purchased a pre-owned 2019 Infiniti G50s from Kolosso. I'm in northern IL, they're in Appleton, WI a 3-hr drive into Packerland. I was cautious but it was well worth the drive. Michelle Nelson handled the transaction like a professional. The closing was exceedingly short and handled flawlessly. No problems whatsoever. My overall experience with this dealership was Top Notch! I would let my kid crawl around on the showroom floor if I had one (spotless). I found it odd buying an preowned Infiniti at a Toyota dealership but couldn't be happier really, found what I was looking for exactly. Presale condition of car was excellent. Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Would I buy another car from them, yes. Is Bob Chitwood a thoroughly great salesman? Yes!!! He was soooooo good at his job, my bestie-who was with me for the test drive -also drove off the lot with a new car. Love. Them.

I came in for a tire that went flat overnight on 8/21/2023. The service team assessed the situation and was not able to find anything wrong with the tire but said it was possibly dry rotting of the tire. I was able to get a new tire right then and there. The service time was about an hour in a half long.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Service consultant was very professional and the areas were very clean and neat. The loaner insurance paperwork was filled out online the day prior but it was not available to the person that wrote the loaner paperwork.

Edward Johnson is a great salesman. When you go in you must ask for Edward. He didn’t rush me at any point, he made me feel comfortable, and was able to make sure we agreed on a price. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable, and patient. He gave me a great customer experience. Overall, he was able to make the purchase happen by working with the GM and getting me into the vehicle.
