I moved to Florida about 3 months ago and was concerned about where I should take my car for service. In the state that I used to live in, I used the dealership where I bought my Infiniti and was always pleased.
In my new home, I had the choice of two Infiniti dealerships and chose to go to the one in Coconut Creek. What a great decision!! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice person who set me up with a very friendly and professional service representative, Steve Bussius. Steve has been wonderful! Very caring and understanding, and professional of course. I needed new tires and he found a special that he could honor which saved me the cost of one tire as the special was buy 3, get the 4th for $1.
I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this dealership. Their employees are very friendly and professional and provide great customer service.

I dropped by to see if I could purchase a 911 turbo - the salesman told me I was no longer available. He was extremely polite so we decided to see if my wife could find an SUV for herself. The salesman was very attentive and in no time turned up with the perfect car - the car was so correct we were astonished they had it.
We were not ready to buy her car at the moment because we were looking for a 911 turbo for me. The salesman politely offered us a lease agreement and we went home to consider it. There was no pressure to purchase anything except he did ask us if we wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and we said no. We returned the next day to see if a trade could be added to the deal and once again they were ready to accommodate us in any way. Then the salesman found out that the original 911 turbo we wanted had not been sold and he, at my request started to put together a deal on that car for us - once again we could not agree on the terms because now we were considering both cars. It may take a few more negotiations to accomplish this deal, but I believe it may happen. Whether or not we buy the cars is not what I want to emphasize here. What I want to emphasize is the calm, patient and professional way they conduct themselves at that dealership. This has made us return and try to close this deal several times. We do have two other deals from other dealerships that we can easily close for the 911 turbo, but not on the Cayenne and the turbo is our priority. However, the thing is that we want to buy these cars from then, because dealing with them has made us realize we can trust them. Which of you really can say that about a dealership today. I recommend that if you want to buy a car, you should consider buying it from them. Marcos, our salesman and all of the employees in the dealership appear to really want to help us until we are satisfied. Just one more note: I am not easy to deal with when I am doing business and it does not matter to them at all. They just want to make the deal work for me and make sure we are happy with it. I now believe that selling us a car is secondary to them than making sure we are satisfied customers.
It's always a pleasure to bring my car in for service. When my friends complain about their experiences, I brag about mine! Steve is the best!
