I saw this vehicle at a car show and could not wait until it became available to purchase. Absolutely enjoy that it is a crossover with luxury features and although it is 4 cylinder it is powerful and is a very solid car. Very pleased and happy I waited.
Top notch, hi end dealership. My salesman Kenneth answered all questions and really made me and my wife feel at home. He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. This is the reason I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Car has stalled dead on me three times so far. They have updated software , changed parts, yet it suddenly goes dead in the middle of driving. So un reliable
Gene Reeves has been handling my aut service since 1999 when I bought my first car there, a 1999 Isuzu Trooper. Then a 2004 Escalade, a 2014 SRX, a 2016 CT6, a 2017 XT5, and now a 2017 CT6. I've NEVER had anything to even think about being upset over. Top shelf service department, top shelf sales experiences.

Excellent overall. Apple Car play would have been helpful, but the rest is excellent! Drive is very smooth, seats are very comfortable. Audio excellent. Stylish!
I recently took my car into Sewell for a water leak. Don is my service advisor and always does a great job. There was some difficulties locating the water leakl, but at the end of the day, the problem was solved and I left happy as always. I highly recommend you use Don anytime you take your far in for service.

We love our Infiniti QX50. It is very comfortable to drive and plenty of cargo room for our needs. Oh my, all the most up to date technicnology is so helpful. My husband was leary of a 4 cylinder car but loves the high compression turbo. Acceleration is quick and smooth. Very happy with the Infiniti QX50.

I'm not sure where to even begin. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure. ZERO. Excellent follow up but no nagging. Excellent communication. Impeccable facilities. Complete follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction. Above and beyond. I was hesitant to drive three hours to buy a car I hadn't seen, but our salesman, Kyle Moon, sent pictures of everything I asked for, gave details on specifics, and never got annoyed at my unending questions. He even came in (in a suit, in the rain) on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Very professional. Very considerate. Very respectful. You have earned my business for life.

This car Qx50 of Infiniti meets all of my needs. It has the enough leg room in the front and back. We love it very much.
This was our first Infiniti QX60 buying experience and we had a wonderful experience with Sewell Fort worth. The salesperson Adam was very helpful and was always quick in responding to our queries. The process was so smooth and straightforward, mostly done over phone/text and no pressure to visit the dealership. We visited only once when we felt like. Adam answered all our questions regarding the feature details of various packages. They did their best to make sure that we get the brand new car at a great price.I would definitely refer them to someone who is looking to buy Infiniti. I hope they do the same if I need their help in services and post sale issues, if any.

We purchased a 2019 Lunar White/Harvest QX50 Essential AWD in a June and have not been disappointed. The ride is very controlled, great on rough roads, and exhibits minimal body roll. It is great on gas too. We just completed a four day 2,200 mile trip and got 29.6 mpg! Really amazing. The power leather seats are super comfortable with ample width and depth. The cabin feels very spacious and bright. Yes no Apple Car play (yet) but the Bose system does a terrific job at all volume levels. A must have upgrade. Love this SUV. You will get compliments on its beauty.
I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.

We bought this car because of the space and interior comfort. With the sliding rear seats we can haul who ever and whatever we need to. And the interior is just beautiful.
Found a used vehicle online, and sent an email of interest on Easter Sunday. I received a call back that same day from Josh Khan asking if I had any questions even though the dealership was closed, he let me know that he would be in the next morning and call me again as soon as he got in, which he did. I drove 4 hours to purchase there, and everyone was very professional and always made sure you were being taken care of.
Blake McCafferty provided the definition of exemplary service. He was extremely prompt, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process of identifying and negotiating a final deal for a car I've been waiting to purchase for over a year. I would highly recommend Hiley Acura, and especially Blake, when purchasing a new Acura.
