We were in need of a car after someone hit my wife's SUV and totaled it. I searched on the internet, and saw a car I was interested in at Hannah's. We went down there and they were super busy, but they found the time to stop and help us by letting us test drive the car, and taking it to our mechanic for him to give us the thumbs up, or thumbs down. We had the car for over half a day, and Hannah's did not call or bug us. We got the thumbs up, and have now driven the car for over two years. The only problems we've had were with sensors, which couldn't have been seen during the inspection. We fixed the sensors, and the car rides like a dream. Thank you Hannah for your professionalism and service. We'll definitely shop there again.

I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

Great Car-Buying Experience, But Get There Fast!

I visited a different dealership last Saturday and was not impressed. Even though I had driven 2 hours to get there, I walked on the deal anyway. Sunday I scoured the internet figuring out what I wanted and who had it. Around 1am Monday morning I had picked out a V6 Passat at Hanna Imports and sent them messages to schedule a test drive for Monday afternoon. First thing in the morning I was scheduled. I showed up early and had a look at the car. When I walked up to the office I was greeted warmly and set up with Gil Parson as my sales guy. He had an enthusiasm for the car and for cars of that type in general so we hit it off great. After the test drive while my trade was being evaluated (they offered me more for it than anyone else) someone else came by to look at the car and was sad to learn I had gotten there first! Gil offered to go over the CarFax with me and we found that some bumper damage had been repaired at a VW dealership. No problem. I was surprised when they stuck to their internet pricing because that never seems to happen! And a free 12-month warranty to boot! I asked for a detailed breakdown and found they had a dealer credit program that pays $5,000 on top of what the insurance company totals the car out to be if it ever gets totaled! I didn???t opt for that though, because I tend to go where the cars I want are, and they had no problem with me declining it. They were also able to work with my own bank for financing, so you military types have no fear, they work with USAA! They then took the car I was buying and put a full tank of premium gas in it for me, and then had it detailed for me! This is after 7pm on a weekday. Once the deal was done and it was time to hand over my trade I was assisted by Gil in moving my plates and any other items from my old car that I could use on the new one, and then he moved the old car up under the lights by the building so I could park the new one next to it and he took my picture for me to post my purchase on Facebook! He stayed super late to make sure I was taken care of, and I got a great car from great people at a GREAT price! I???d recommend them to anyone... but make sure you get there fast to get the car you want!

After owning 3 Honda vans I both needed to downsize and to drive something different for a change. The size is perfect for me and the SUV drives and performs well. It has lots of power. Very comfortable front seats as well. I’m looking forwards to driving the QX 50 for many years!

Sadly, I didnt buy my Infiniti G37x from Crossroads. But while visiting my father in Raleigh over the holidays, we took my car in for an overdue oil change. I was bowled over by the courtesy, thoroughness and helpfulness of the staff there, from the owner on down, on the day after Christmas. Not only was my oil changed, but my car got a thorough cleaning (errant coins placed prominently on seat for my discovery), and I got a multi-page report on various systems--NONE of which was a pretext for further services. I was so impressed and grateful for the quality of work on a car they hadn't even sold me!

This car met all our needs, it has plenty of room for our teens to sit in the back or adults, we use ours to daily drive and on vacation nearby and its cargo space is very accommodating for a group of 4 to travel, we love it and all the extras we got on it.

We came to Johnson Subaru after seeing and hearing about the new Subaru Ascent. I previously had a 2006 Subaru Forester XT and felt that it was out of date with technology and features, so my next car was a 2012 Toyota Prius C. As my Toyota no longer met our family's current needs, we began our car search for an SUV that was safe, and as I put it, "Casey Proof" since I am spacey and clumsy. We were looking for a car that had new technology and safety features, and found that other brands (GMC, Buick, Chevy, etc.) only offered the features in the top trim and were out of our price range. We honestly came to the dealership thinking we would just do a quick test drive and cross Subaru off of our list, but surprisingly it turned out to be exactly the opposite. Bobby was super friendly and we let him know that we wouldn't be purchasing today, and didn't want to waste his time. He didn't seem to mind and said that he was excited to show me what the new Ascent is all about. We drove up to their huge lot and drove by all of their inventory. During the test drive, Bobby told us about the dealership, what they are known for, and never pressured us to purchase anything. Bobby was very knowledgeable and answered the 200 questions I had haha. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that all new 2019 Subaru vehicles have the standard safety and technology features that we were looking for. Subaru has come a long way since I last knew about them. We stopped our car search and knew that we wanted to purchase a Subaru from Bobby due to his exceptional customer service. We went back and forth with the Ascent and Forester, and ultimately ended up purchasing a Forester. We are so happy with the our new SUV. It is a very smooth drive, we feel safe, and we like all of the features with our phone apps, Apple Car Play, etc. We were also happy that the Johnson Subaru dealership is part of the Costco Auto program. It helped make negotiating easier, and we felt that we got a good deal. We feel that Bobby is very approachable and easy to ask questions to. I sometimes asked the same questions multiple times because I forgot the answer and he didn't make me feel silly. I left the dealership with all of my questions answered. I feel EDUCATED about the vehicle that I purchased, and I think that that is the most important thing!! :) I highly recommend working with Bobby for his honesty, knowledge, and personality.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. If you have your phone plugged into the USB port and using it for GPS etc. it will not keep with charging it. Charges real slow. When it’s 30 to 60 degrees out good luck finding a good temperature on the climate control system. Example: 50 outside set it at 61 and the system will make 50 inside. Set it at 62 and the system will take it over 150 degrees. On both of these problems the dealer told me that is how the system works. 40k vehicle doesn’t have Bluetooth audio.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Recently I had a hip operation which makes it difficult for me to enter and exit this vehicle. We're an older couple who use this car as our 2nd vehicle so we've only put less than 15K miles on the car since we bought it new. I recommend this car to anyone looking for a sharp vehicle with zippy pickup.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

The only issues I had with my 2017 Infiniti QX50 was the lack of a powered tailgate and it required premium gas. However, I have to say it was a VERY Well Built Vehicle! We had an accident (T-Boned, on the Passenger-side by a Honda CR-V traveling at 35-40 MPH). The Curtain and Passenger Chair Airbags deployed, but we walked away with a minor passenger arm bruise and a driver jammed-finger; even though that QX50 was damaged enough to be declared a Total Loss. Over the past 18 years, we have owned three Infiniti vehicles (2000 G20, 2012 G25, 2017 QX50) because we have a HIGH REGARD for the Infiniti Brand. Unfortunately, they did not have a mid-size SUV to replace the QX50 we lost in that accident.
