Joe, Todd, Ann, Pam, Liz and John make up a fantastic team of service advisors. I have been doing business with them for 8 plus years. I can???t say enough good things about how I???ve been treated here. I wouldn???t go anywhere else to service my Infiniti.

I saw this vehicle at a car show and could not wait until it became available to purchase. Absolutely enjoy that it is a crossover with luxury features and although it is 4 cylinder it is powerful and is a very solid car. Very pleased and happy I waited.
John Dilieto went above and beyond to satisfy my service experience. I will lease or buy another Infiniti from Circle Infiniti because of him. He was polite and answered all of my questions professionally and with a smile..

Excellent overall. Apple Car play would have been helpful, but the rest is excellent! Drive is very smooth, seats are very comfortable. Audio excellent. Stylish!
The staff always greats you with a smile. Pleasure to deal with. Promised truck back in the time they said. Service consultant Joseph Nszzaro always goes beyond. He updates you periodically and is a pleasure to deal worth.

All my experiences have been excellent. I do some service items myself, and I use Circle for the rest. Their technicians are great with the service being performed and they also have keen eyes when doing the multi-point inspection. Occasionally I wait for the service and take advantage of the nicely appointed waiting area. Most recent experience, we worked through an issue that also involved Infiniti Consumer Affairs. All sides came to an agreement on resolution, and I do appreciate the accommodation made. The overall repair took 3 trips: the first was an attempt to do the repair to the car as-is. The second required a redo, they received a bad part. The third time was the charm. Each time, they provided me a loaner, and cleaned the car before pickup. Those convenience actions are big differentiators for me.

New model with all the bells and whistles come with the essential model. It’s very new to me so currently don’t have anything negative to say. Exceeds my initial expectations.
