Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership. Ron ran the numbers for me on several vehicles so I could consider multiple options. Great pricing and good communication throughout the whole process. I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
