My friend and I walked in on a rainy day to look at vehicles. I was in search for a bigger vehicle and had the intentions to buy a used vehicle. We saw a very reasonable price on a used vehicle that had really low mileage but I wanted to do some more research and my time was limited that day. Mandy was very pleasant to work with. She had the answers to all my questions, which I had plenty. She was very patient and informative. I had to reschedule because I had to leave. We kept in contact throughout the next day because I was unsure of when my daughter???s volleyball tournament will end. Again she was extremely understanding and patient with my needs and worked with my fluctuating scheduled time to test drive the vehicle. All Questions were answered and I was very pleased with all the knowledge she had to share with me in regards to the vehicle. I was able to take home the vehicle for the weekend. I loved the way the vehicle drives and all the bells and whistles it came with, but decided on a new one because Mandy was able to work with me on some numbers. Mandy made sure I was happy with my purchase and worked with me on understanding all the functionality the vehicle had to offer. Mandy made my visits so comfortable and the conversations were so easy that it felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. My daughter felt very comfortable with Mandy and liked her a lot. I recommend Mandy to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. She is definitely the go to person. I recently took my car into Sewell for a water leak. Don is my service advisor and always does a great job. There was some difficulties locating the water leakl, but at the end of the day, the problem was solved and I left happy as always. I highly recommend you use Don anytime you take your far in for service.

I'm not sure where to even begin. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure. ZERO. Excellent follow up but no nagging. Excellent communication. Impeccable facilities. Complete follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction. Above and beyond. I was hesitant to drive three hours to buy a car I hadn't seen, but our salesman, Kyle Moon, sent pictures of everything I asked for, gave details on specifics, and never got annoyed at my unending questions. He even came in (in a suit, in the rain) on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Very professional. Very considerate. Very respectful. You have earned my business for life.
Had a problem with my infinity jx35. It was pre-owned so I only wanted to see what the problem could be & the repair cost. Can't say enough about the amazing service &the courteous people at Sewell Infinity. Ryan Cox is just the the best! I recently purchased the suv & he informed me there was no charge for the repairs. Found a car I liked at this dealership Online. I called and talked to an sales associate. He was helpful in answering my questions and providing details. Prompt to provide pictures and we negotiated a price within a few hours. Once price was agreed upon, we wrapped up the purchase and the car was on the truck for delivery with a few days. Very smooth transaction and the car was as described.
I'll be finishing my purchase of a JX 35 this week with Paul at Sewell. I found this vehicle online earlier today and was able to arrange a deal by COB same day. I chose this dealership over another due to the other customers positive feedback as well as the prompt communication from Paul.
I chose the Infiniti over Acura, Audi, and BMW. Although the quality of Audi is superb in this lineup, the Infiniti stood out in terms of overall value for the dollar. I am a family man purchasing this vehicle for extended traveling and appreciate the level of comfort provided by Infiniti. I'll be willing to bet that my girls and I will enjoy this vehicle for many years to come!

This place has a large inventory of luxury cars! I was impressed with the value of customer service and the speed of paperwork. If you go knowing what you want the process is even quicker but if not you still will be done in no time. I was pleased with my agent as well! He worked hard to help me choose what I wanted!
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
This was our first Infiniti QX60 buying experience and we had a wonderful experience with Sewell Fort worth. The salesperson Adam was very helpful and was always quick in responding to our queries. The process was so smooth and straightforward, mostly done over phone/text and no pressure to visit the dealership. We visited only once when we felt like. Adam answered all our questions regarding the feature details of various packages. They did their best to make sure that we get the brand new car at a great price.I would definitely refer them to someone who is looking to buy Infiniti. I hope they do the same if I need their help in services and post sale issues, if any.
Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
