Used INFINITI QX60 for sale near Mesa, AZ

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I'm glad it was with Mr. Mo at Certified Luxury Auto! Not only did my husband and I get our family dream car but we got it at a great price. The atmosphere was relaxed and Mr. Mo was willing to work with us unlike many other dealerships we had delt with previously. The car buying experience was great and quick. The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

I brought it in for an oil change and I knew there would be more. Mike did an overall check and I had a lot of repairs to be done. I selected the repairs I wanted done now. As soon as we knew they would need addirional parts that were not onsite, Mike set me up with a loaner car so I could go on with my day. He had the work done by the next day. Excellent customer service.

My car's radiator burst during a very hot day. I had to call a tie truck and had it towed to Coulter. They were able to diagnose the problems without too long of a wait. The waiting area was comfortable and had good snacks. After discussing the repairs needed, they gave me a loaner. The next day, they discovered another problem that needed repair. I was allowed to keep the loaner for the whole weekend. My service consultant was Scott who made me feel comfortable and explained everything well Everything went well picking up my car and so far, it seems to be running great.

I drive 25 miles to get my car serviced here. Why? Because the overall experience is top notch. Fast, simple, and no questions asked, just service that meets my needs as a busy professional.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Asst Service Manager Mike Rios always provides friendly, quality service and he openly demonstrates an attitude that my satisfaction is his top priority. Has been this way for the four years I have owned my Infiniti.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
