I purchased the "First Edition" more than a year ago and have been loving it ever since. I traded in my Mercedes S550 and never missed it. The car is super quick and handles great. I find the seats very comfy. The tech is a little slow, but doesn't really bother me personally. I use the Andriod Auto and like how it works. The heated steering wheel works great, and is a favorite feature of mine. I have only used this car with my home charger, and it works great for commuting. I haven't had any problems with the car. Highly recommend!

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

Tony at this dealership has answered all my questions. I really had an interest in the car, but really want the metallic blue color and 19” wheels that will be replaced. They have a good price on the car, that's very tempting.

When I walk past a super new expensive boutique car like a Bentley or a super Mercedes, I sometimes peak in the window and still not sure if I'd trade my current 2011 xf in for it. I bought it second hand and the private jaguar specialist I took it to noted it was a "bulletproof 3.0L V6." It is easily the most reliable car I've ever owned and the ride, power, comfort, styling and equipment make it a pleasure to drive and pleasure to own. Pure pleasure. I intend on holding onto it for as long as I can. You must get an Manual service and sure, sometimes a particular part is comically more expensive than it's equivalent part in a humble Ford or Toyota. But it's not ridiculously expensive like a Porsche and it's worth giving it love and attention.

Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb - on the open road, in snow and blizzards - I have never felt safer than when I have driven this F-Pace. Leg room is great, seats are comfortable, handling is impeccable, sound is super. Lots of trunk space. Quiet interior. All in all, a pleasure to drive and experience some real power.

My boyfriend and I don't speak English very well. But the assistants in Carmax are very patient. They helped us a lot. We bought the BMW x3 and are satisfied with it.

I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I have owned a 2016 f-type base convertible for two years. I have owned a Porsche 911 and 944 as well as a BMW Z3 and Z4.. I liked all of them but although the Jaguar is newer it does handle and ride great. I’m older now and I like the feel of a nice sports car. The F-Type gets the looks and admiration you would expect.

My only reasons I sold mine was 1st. The restricted performance mode. No other American made supercharged car has this idiotic and dangerous mode. 2nd. The dealers rip you off for parts purchases. I needed a new engine start button. $210.00? For a plastic button likely made in china for 35c.

Customer service personnel were great. I had to wait quite awhile for my car to be brought out after I checked out. It didn't seem too busy and I was told it would be just a few minutes.

Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.

Although the car was being sold as we contacted the dealer. They went out of their way to call and explain. Very much appreciated the effort.

The "experience" was fine. Eddie was very pleasant to deal with. I was allowed to take the vehicle back to my house so my mechanic friend could look at it. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't as good a deal as I was hoping.

A really exquisite driving and ownership experience with this car. The X-Type (X-400) is a beautiful blend of elegance, comfort, and performance without feeling ostentatious. In our snowy winters, its AWD capabilities are especially welcome. Like any car, if it has been faithfully maintained, the X-400 will give its owner years of reliable service.

My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! I have told so many people about going here and when it's time to trade in my car I will DEFINITELY be coming back here! As I said in the title, I LOVE my F-Pace S. If you have one with the InControl Touch Pro system (wider screen with no buttons on the sides - included in the Tech package with the electronic gauges) your 2017+ FP should qualify for a FREE software update. This update requires a trip to the dealer, but it adds Apple CarPlay/Android Auto as well as the ability to receive Software Over The Air (SOTA) updates. Now on with the review... I’m in my 40’s and I’ve barely kept a vehicle for more than 3-4 years since I was 16, so I’ve had a few. The F-Pace is one of my favorite vehicles I’ve ever owned. The SC 3.0 is efficient when you need it to be (I’ve got 27.1 mpg avg on 2hr+ interstate trips - not bad for almost 400hp) and has more power than most will ever need when you click it into Sport/Dynamic modes. The exhaust sound is glorious, not quite the growl of the SVR, but still pretty great and a lot cheaper. It actually sounds like an F-Type since it’s one of the engines they put in there as well. It’s comfortable, but it’s definitely more of a “sport” biased SUV so you’ll feel the bumps in the road transmit to the cabin more than a more luxury biased model. The optional 22” wheels on mine don’t help the situation, so if you want a more plush ride, opt for the standard 20” wheels because that extra rubber will help smooth out the ride a bit. It’s not as cushy as the JGC Overland I traded in on it, but the FP’s handling and performance is worlds better than the Jeep until you get into the SRT range. The FP definitely gets more attention than the Jeep, since they’re still pretty rare. Cargo room is actually very good, and almost as big as the Jeep, which is a class above the FP in size. The FP has much more cargo space than its closest competitor, the Porsche Macan. I love the Macan, but I have kids, so it was a no-go due to its tiny cargo area. Being from the Jaguar/Land Rover company, the FP seems to have much better off-road/AWD performance than the Macan as well. That was important to me since I work in healthcare where we don’t have the luxury to miss work because of bad weather, and I occasionally drive to rental cabins in the mountains on less than stellar roads. From what I’ve seen in reviews and heard from other owners who have had their FP’s in some rough conditions, is that Land Rover definitely had some input with the Adaptive Surface Response (AdSR) mode on the Jag. You can pick from options like Low Friction Start and All Surface Progress Control (ASPC) - which is basically like hill ascent/descent control that uses the systems of the car to help keep you slowly making progress on slippery/loose surfaces. I tried driving up a steep hill of wet grass on ultra high performance Conti DWS 06 tires using ASPC and low friction launch, and I was amazed. I don’t think my JGC on BFG A/T’s could have done any better. So in conclusion, I think the FP is an amazing vehicle that’s practical in terms of storage, hauling, and towing capacity, while still handling and driving like a sports sedan. No vehicle is perfect, but the FP is a great compromise of sport and utility.

Beautiful exterior and interior design. Drives like real sport car. Battery is enough for most daily drives, but you may want to use other car for long trips if you don't want spend time on chatting on the road. Very luxury inside, looks like exotic car

I love this vehicle. It's so smooth and powerful. I feel so lucky to own it and drive it. When I drive this Jaguar XF 2010 I just can't believe how elegant and powerful it is. I really can't find anything that is negative about this vehicle.
