I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

Frontline cars is a great place, I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. My experience was great. Jerry is a really cool guy, and helped me along the way. I bought a infinity m35, and am overall happy with what I got, but mostly jerry made the process easy and kept in touch even through text message and email. I'm pretty sure the shop is new so I really encourage people to give em a shot and support this dealer!

My only reasons I sold mine was 1st. The restricted performance mode. No other American made supercharged car has this idiotic and dangerous mode. 2nd. The dealers rip you off for parts purchases. I needed a new engine start button. $210.00? For a plastic button likely made in china for 35c.

My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I've had my 2022 I-Pace HSE for a month now. Quiet, lightning fast, no loss of acceleration on highway and just as quiet as my Lexus when I'm speeding along. Comfortable seats, good controls and excellent steering, with lots of drive modes to chose from. A really, low center of gravity, race car that doubles as a comfortable cruiser (and I'm 60 and like a comfortable ride now most of all). It doesn't have a center console clock, it has a ton of menus that do everything, but you have to initial spend some time figuring them out. There is no feedback from the engine telling you what the car is doing like the old days, and the standard mirror is way to dark, looking into that tiny heavily tinted rear glass window (my car did not come with Clearview rear view mirror, which should be standard, and that is huge). The panoramic roof is so dark, it neither lets in light nor allows much of a view, and definitely miss my sunroof that opened, because you use the A/C sooo much less. Plus, but I actually enjoy this, you must plug the car in as soon as you get home. But I'd still chose this car. I arrive home with 50-60% power every night, and even my standard wall outlet charges the car to 80%+ by A.M. and that suits me fine. (2022 model has faster charger), Instant acceleration and high regen braking allows you to drive without applying the brakes !! That is fantastic !! Although I did switch to low regen after a couple weeks and I really like how it coasts and still regenerates the battery. A seriously cool car that puts you on the cutting edge, and my solar panels charge it up at night, what more could you ask for as you speed by the gas station and repair shop !!!??? : )

The "experience" was fine. Eddie was very pleasant to deal with. I was allowed to take the vehicle back to my house so my mechanic friend could look at it. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't as good a deal as I was hoping.

Great auto. Fast and comfortable. Had to clean out the garage because this baby has to be put inside. Neighbor said if he saw me driving Jag in the winter he would call Jaguar and have the car taken away from me. It is an all wheel drive!!!!

Being in a different state I was concerned on how my buying process would be. They made is perfect! My salesman Edward took a personalized video for me and showed me everything I wanted to look at so I didn't have to just look at fancy pictures. During the buying process they offered to ship it to us but I wanted the adventure of driving the car home. When I got to the dealership the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. They offer mostly European vehicle that are great in shape and function. I found this dealer just on my way from CA to Seattle after not satisfying with CA dealership behavior. I bought a fully specked 2019 Ipace in 2020 and have put ~15k miles on it. It isn't a very efficient EV, and today many other EVs will charge faster, but if you are staying with a 300 mile / 500 km circle most of the time, it is perfect for you. Drives really well. Loads of awards. Unique.

I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.
