I have waited 40 years for my Mustang so to say I was thrilled is an understatement! After I purchased my 2014 V-6 just a few weeks ago from a Nissan dealership, I brought it to SunState Ford to have it checked over. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It turned out my Mustang needed a major repair and Maurice took care of everything in a professional manner...keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I will be back for further service needs and most definitely a new Mustang from this dealership when that time comes. Until then, a huge THANK YOU to Maurice and staff!!
bought a new Jetta and every thin went great! Alex Avila did a great job and was very kind and helped when needed. the insurance girls Jessica Diaz and Sigrid Neu did a great job and where very helpful. also dealt with Leo and some finance people all where great thank you!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. This was my first internet purchase. Have always gone into the showroom to browse and then look to make a deal. The dedicated internet sales team worked diligently and I had a deal in place before making the long drive to purchase the vehicle. The salesman sent additional photos since I was unable to drive over prior to making the purchase and was there to answer any/all my questions. The original salesman was unable to be there for the transaction and provided me with a second salesman to make the deal the evening I drove over. Some minor issues arose after the transaction and both salesman were diligent in making things right. There is a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership within 10 miles from my home and I will now come 60 miles to Greenway because of Alex and Erik in internet sales.
I appreciate the staff in doing the best deal for. They were looking out for me this year as last year was disappointing. Dwight and Dowain were my salesmen and Josh Neville found the vehicle in south Florida. The vehicle is perfect.
Sam the manager estimated the cost to the penny before I bought it. Hector was the finance manager.
I have bought several vehicles here before and today’s purchase was the best.
Fabio approached me when I brought my car in for repairs. Lucky for me, because he was wonderful and helped me upgrade to a vehicle that I deserve and needed! He worked on my behalf and did everything he could to make it an offer I could not refuse! His sense of humor and personal attention to my needs was incredible. I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. I had some questions regarding my extended service that I bought and they were very helpful in helping me understand my options. I would fully recommend this dealer.
Fields in Sanford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I could not ask for a better sales person (Brent Osbourne). Very professional, friendly, helpful. He knows how to convince you to make a purchase without putting on pressure, I did not plan to purchase a vehicle there but, i end up making a purchase more than once, plus sending other people to make purchases. Talked with Derek Greer on 11/29/18 about a car they had and pricing.He was very upfront and forthcoming with the total cost and the quality of the car, no games or sales gimmick. Very happy with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The price was more than fair when other vehicles of the same make/model/year were $3000 + more expensive elsewhere and not in as nice a condition
