I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6.
I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.

I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!
TLDR; They didn't have the best cars in stock, overcharged us for things and ignored us, but the salesperson was very nice.
Buying a car from Melloy Honda was a fairly decent experience. They didn't have the exact or ideal car in stock for us (Civic EX + Honda Sensing), but in the end, we (regrettably) settled for what they had in stock.
Patsy, like many of the other reviewers say, was great to work with — she is very friendly and relatable.
Related experiences: We stopped in to get our car's plate and waited for about 15 minutes at the receptionist's desk before being acknowledged — this was unpleasant and awkward. Another time we had to stop back in was because they had apparently over-charged us for NM state registration fees and had to refund the over-charged portion.
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. Had a great experience buying a “new” used car here. Victor was the best ! Wasn’t pushy at all , had everything ready for me when I arrived and was able to get me a great deal on my Jeep. I will be reccomeding him to other peolple as it was the best experience car shopping I have had. The finance office was equally as nice and helpful. Painless, quick and easy process all the way around . When I am ready to re purchase I will definitely be going there first!
Smolich is absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience a person could have!!! My wife and I went in on a whim to check out a car, we were working with another dealership in town for a car that was 3 years older, and Were feed up with the way the other dealership was playing games, so with that we went to Smolich to see Corey.... we had no expectations of taking a car home that night, with our credit that just doesn’t happen! We sat down with Corey to do our paperwork and there were no negative negotiations, we told them about the car and price of the one we were looking at, and they were able to put us into a brand new 2018, for $1500 more than the used one we had been looking at. And we were able to take the car home the same night. The entire process took 2 and a half hours and that’s with a 25 minute test drive. We love the fact that you deal with one person, except the finance persons to sign paperwork, they definitely earned our business for life, we will be back when I am in the market for a new truck. Thank you to everyone at Smolich!!! You guys nailed it.
