The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. Relatively painless process when you don't have a great credit score to work with. They can finance where major dealerships cannot (will not). They finance in house

We didn’t end up with the Toyota Tacoma we were interested in but would easily go back as we felt the sales rep Dean was easy to work with and went to bat for us.

Very hassle free and at my pace. I already knew what I wanted but salesman was happy to show me a few options to see if upgrades would be worthwhile to me. Ultimately I was sold exactly what I asked for, and all addons were offered but not pushed on me like most places do.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

Went to just look at new SUVs and got to work with Brian Newcomb. He was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful with all my questions. He helped me find my perfect new purchase and made everything so nice and easy. It was wonderful working with him and he helped me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. I was searching for just the right Mustang, and had visited quite a few dealerships to see/test drive what they had. I experienced some of the worst sales tactics at the large dealerships, and some of the best experiences at smaller places. Prestige Imports had the car I was looking for and handles the sale in a no-nonsense honest way. There were no surprises or hidden fees - just the right car at the right place. It was a pleasure buying a car from them. I recommend them highly!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable
