Got the Jeep I wanted!

I have been searching long and hard for a CPO Jeep Rubicon with very specific features and colors, and this dealership happened to have one. While it was 2 hours away from me, I decided to make the trip up on a Sunday to take a look. They were a little short staffed (normal for a Sunday), and the receptionist got the key to the Jeep for me to drive. Shortly before the drive, one of the sales reps came over to tell me he will be with me after the drive. I drove the Jeep and decided it was a good choice for me. When I got back inside, what I assume is the sales manager came over to see how I liked the Jeep. I told him I liked it, and we continued to talk before the sales rep was available. It probably took about a good hour before I knew anyone's actual names. No introductions were ever done until midway through the deal and AFTER the test drive. Furthermore, I came in with my boyfriend, and the manager and sales rep kept making eye contact with him and asking him questions about my trade....to the point where I had to wave and literally say "hey, its my car." Apparently that still didn't sink in, because after the first pencil (offer), he sat down and put the numbers directly in front of my boyfriend. I literally had to take paper and put it in front of myself. That part was quite annoying, and I found it to be a little old school to direct everything towards the male, especially after I made it clear this trade was mine, and this jeep would also be mine. Long story short, I decided to go for the Jeep and drove up on a Monday before a big snow storm to get it. The sales rep was very very accommodating in that the car apparently hadn't been certified through their shop yet, so he had to rush around to get it done before I arrived. I do appreciate that they made it work because it was super important to me to get it before the storm that following day. Moving onto the finance department.... Chris Henrich was GREAT! He was very laid back, not pushy, very fair, and very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and it was past closing time. Most definitely the best finance manager I have ever dealt with (and I have bought a lot of cars!) It was very nice to end the visit on a positive note with him. Paul did a great delivery at the end and was able to explain all the buttons and features of the Jeep, so I was also satisfied there. In the end, I got the exact car I wanted at what I felt was a great deal.
