I broke down on Friday just as I was pulling into fort custard recreation area Because it was Friday I had to wait until Monday morning to get my car towed to get it fixed. Since we weren't from the area my husband and I decided we wanted to have the jeep worked on at a dealership. Monday morning we had our jeep towed to Hinkle Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership my husband explain the situation to the service Rep (Aaron) Who said he probably couldn't look at it until after lunch. We received a call at 10 AM telling us that they had figured out that it was the water pump our car was ready by 3 PM and it ended up costing less than was originally quoted definitely recommend this dealership
I've been searching two years to find a replacement for my high mileage 2002 Cadillac Eldorado. I was looking at panther platform Town Cars, Marquis and Crown Vics but decided a Dodge Charger was more my style. I expanded the search out to 250 miles and test-drove cars in Kalamazoo, South Bend, Chicago and Holland. I ended up purchasing a charger at Henkel Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Battle Creek. Peter Oppenhuisen the salesman I worked with knew the charger they had may be right for me before I did. I can highly recommend this dealership as even though I was dealing with the used lot down the road from the new cars I felt like I was given a new car experience. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional, all my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed. Their maintenance department did a great job reconditioning and tweaking issues before the car was delivered to my driveway. Eric Clark the Sales/Finance manager that helped me purchase the vehicle and manufacturer's warranty with unlimited miles was incredibly helpful and efficient weighing all the different options to find the right mix for my situation. I feel I'm good at reading people and I felt like I could trust the people at Henkel, something I have not experienced at most dealerships. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. 3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! I drove home a beautiful 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a bonus $50 gift card!). I had an absolute amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

This is the best dealership I have been to. The sales process was fast and easy. They helped me find exactly what i was searching for. Will be back in a few years to trade in for a newer model. So my husband and I started the whole car buying experience the last week of October. We started at Classic Dodge of Denton. While there we were treated horribly by the sales manager Keith. It was just one thing after another and he lied about us and our approval. We than went the following weekend (first Saturday in November) to The Jeep Dealership in Rowlett Texas where we met with Chris and his Mother. By the end of the 12 hours of being there we were told we were approved for a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Perfect wasn???t what we wanted but that was okay it was new to us. And that???s were the worse two weeks of our car buying experience dragged on. We found out when we got the car home that Sunday that our temp tags were not legit for 45 days but rather 3 days. Than that Tuesday we found out that the paperwork we signed wasn???t approved and legit. It was a nightmare. It wasn???t until the following Saturday (Nov 11) when my husband and I called Huffines Jeep in Plano, Tx at 8:30pm. We were connected to Adam. He listened and was very understanding. He asked how fast could we drive to them they would be there and open no matter how long it took. At 9:03pm my husband and I walked in. Adam, The Sales Director and a Finance Gentleman were waiting for us. Within in 30 minutes we had renewed hope. Saw the car we would end up buying. That Monday Adam called said that by weeks end he was going to make us extremely happy. And honestly he kept his word. We literally by Thursday at 9am walked in got our new car which was washed, full of gas, and inspected. The Huffines Team lead by Adam is extraordinarily amazing and we are so thankful for them. The week before last Adam (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) called to make sure the car was still fitting our needs. On Monday (Dec 9th) we received a phone call letting us know our plates were in and we could pick them up. I pulled in today (Dec 12), sent a Text to Adam letting him know I was there and he responded quickly and seemed genuinely excited to hear from me. We are going to be buying a second car in the next few months and we are already planning to be working with Adam. Again, like the title said it Started out as the worse Car buying Experience and ended up the best! I recently inquired about a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited (CPO). I initially worked with Todd Phillips who provided great customer service. I told Todd exactly what I wanted and that I was very interested in buying the vehicle. Phillips had the only CPO Limited Edition within a 250 mile radius! After speaking with my wife, we agreed that this was the right choice/vehicle for us. I called the dealership back and was directed to Will Pardee. I told Will that I would like to put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it for a week due to our crazy work schedule and my wife being 8 months pregnant. After going through a few possible scenarios, we went with his first recommendation. Will had offered to drive the vehicle from the dealership (Ocala) to us in St. Augustine. No strings attached. This was a first time buying a vehicle at home experience for me and my wife. To say the least, Will and his wife showed up to my door with the vehicle and all the paperwork. It looked even better than the 30 online photos. We did all the normal things: test drive, thorough inspection, going through all the latest technology, etc. And the paperwork time was cut in half because we submitted all of our information to Will in advance, so all the nauseating paperwork was done! A few signatures was all that was needed. Will was very professional and well organized. He responded to all of my emails and texts promptly and also took pictures of items that I inquired about. (Key fobs, remote controls and wireless headphones for U-Connect). Outstanding job Will! And what an incredible experience! Thank you!
So my fiance and I went in to look into getting a new truck. We new what we wanted - so when we got in we started working with Matthew Hurd. He listened very inventively and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and wanted. So we located a truck 2018 Dodge Ram 1500, and I test drove it. Once back at the dealership, Matthew worked quickly to help us get through this process. Matthew answered all our questions with expertise and when something wasn't correct on the paperwork, he corrected it immediately. Once we were approved for the truck, we went to work with the finance manager, Kevin. Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with. He worked quickly as well, and made the process go smoothly. Once all completed we went out to our old vehicle to clean it, and to our surprise - Matthew had already brought our new truck over next to our old vehicle, had removed the plate from our old vehicle and had everything set up waiting for us. This was perfect! We enjoyed not being harassed to make a deal, not getting extra incentives we didn't want shoved in our faces and how friendly the 2 employees we dealt with were. I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership.
I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service.
In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times.
It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client.
Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.

I've had my share of poor service at dealers. Mr. Ken Littlefield is absolutely the BEST TOP NOTCH service center repair rep I have EVER dealt with in my 14yrs of owning a car. Always professional, knowledgeable and NEVER misquotes a price. Stays in communication while my car is in the shop. I always go to him if I have any issues with my car. Getting service on any car is not fast nor do you want a poor service on your car. I have always left the dealership very pleased and will continue to come here while I own my Chrysler T&C and continue to speak with Ken. Absolutely a 10 when it comes to scores...200% is more like it!! Thank you very much for making me feel that this is a one stop shop and for not taking advantage because I am a female. Places are known for that, Not at Posner Park CJDRF!!!! Thank you again!

This past Sunday the 22nd I visited Elder Ford looking for a good deal for my dream car. I was very lucky to be served by Eddie Burke who is one of the sales associate. Eddie was very honest, understanding, and worked with me for several hours in order to help me get the best deal. Even though I couldn't get what I was looking for, I left this awesome dealer very happy and with a lot of knowledge on how to work towards getting a better deal. Eddie helped me understand every aspect of what I wanted and tried to help me the most. His customer service skills are highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel good while making the big step of buying a new car. Eddie is a great asset for this Dealership and I think because of him and other associates like him, this is a great place to buy a car. Elder Ford of Tampa also has a great selection of new cars with the latest technology.
