We worked with Casey, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quite patient with our questions as first-time new car buyers. The sales process was very low pressure, and he seemed to care about helping us figure out the right choice for us, rather than pushing a particular product or making a quick sale. Having all the information was pretty important to us (we spent over 160 hours researching different vehicles and nearby dealerships before choosing H&H), and Casey went out of his way to help us feel comfortable, promptly finding us answers when they weren???t immediately on hand. He met with us twice, and each time he had the vehicles ready to show and test drive. We were looking at a Kia Rio and a Kia Niro (a hybrid) and he was able to give us concise but full answers to the vast majority of our questions about these vehicles right away, including quite specific questions about the onboard electronics, sensor package, transmission and hybrid drivetrain. The dealership itself was also pleasant to work with, and they gave us an awesome price on a new Niro LX, beating the national average by more than a thousand dollars. To be fair, we then spent that money on an all-weather package to help the vehicle last longer, but we had already planned to buy rubber floor mats and paint protection film separately, so it worked out pretty well. Once we decided on a car, they set us up with Jorge, who was very helpful with all the paperwork, getting us acceptable terms on a loan as first-time car buyers, and very patiently answering the 1,000+ questions we had about the process, including solid advice on building credit, and how to pay off the loan as efficiently as possible. He also hooked us up with a very reasonably priced extended warranty, which seems like a pretty fair deal, after some research. They also offered us maintenance on the vehicle (oil and filter, fluids, multipoint inspection, tire rotation, and a wash) for $99 for 3 visits. This seems like a very competitive price for what they???re selling, so I???ll certainly be back for service. That evening, we left H&H Kia with a 50 mpg hybrid SUV (2018 Kia Niro) with lots of cargo space, which we will use for errands, home improvement projects, and cross-country road trips. We???ve put a couple hundred miles on it by the time of this writing, and so far, I???m really pleased with it. The interior is comfy and spacious without being cavernous, and the onboard electronics are as thoughtfully designed and easy to use as the reviews we read claimed. So far, the hybrid drivetrain lives up to its EPA rating, giving us 47-48 mpg on the highway and 50-54 mpg around town.

It was the end of the work day. For once I planned to leave right at closing time rather than much later as I often do. I got in my car (a 2006 Dodge Charger) and turned the key in the ignition, eager to run some errands before an evening committment. The engine turned over for only a second, then suddenly the tension against the key released and the engine stopped cranking! The key was spinning freely in the ignition switch, which had broken and was stuck in the Accessories position. i had no need to worry though; after a prompt visit by an AAA tow truck and a quick phone call to the service department at Tom O'Brien Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, my car was in good hands. We got there just a few minutes past closing time, but the friendly and dedicated staff waited for my car and I to be delivered and they even helped me with securing a loaner vehicle. The repairs were completed, and even included a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection. Their customer service is second-to-none and they genuinely care about each and every customer, no matter the age of the vehicle nor what repairs it needs. When I am finally ready to replace my car, I'll definitely be doing business with the fine folks at Tom O'Brien on 96th Street!
Each used car had a brochure about its features. Sales person had good follow up that was not high pressured. Only criticism was that their customer parking lot is too small.

My experience with this dealership was positive on all fronts. I found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership via online tools. I received follow-up within 15 minutes of the dealership opening (sent the message late at night) via the requested medium of communication. I was promptly connected with a sales representative who kindly answered my questions and coordinated a visited from 2.5 hours away. The salesman (Ricky) was very patient, courteous, and professional. The price offered on the vehicle was fair, the trade-in offer for our vehicle was the best we had been offered by any dealership, and everything was explained clearly. The finance representative who finalized our transaction had a great personality and made this part of the process a positive experience. The dealership itself is impressive with a beautiful aquarium and a wonderful atmosphere in which to conduct business. On all fronts, I highly recommend this dealership to those seeking their next vehicle. In my purchasing experience, they have been the gold standard and demonstrated the way to do business for others in this industry.

I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done???
I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come.
On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car!
I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

My fiance and I went to Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Lewisville on the off chance of finding a trade in for my current vehicle. We were looking for a truck that we could grow with as we are planning to start a family after the wedding. We had the pleasure of first meeting J.T. who was very patient and polite from the very beginning. We were recommended to David Webb but J.T. was so wonderful and sympathetic to a couple facing a wedding in the coming months that we couldn't resist the charm and stuck with him. J.T. walked us through options and was very detail oriented. He was super helpful in keeping to my requests such as price range and must haves. He stayed in touch with me until I came back a few days later and I pointed out a truck I saw on their website that had just been put up that week. J.T. did his research and was able to show us that day. With the help of Vincenzo and J.T. we were able to come up with a GREAT DEAL for my trade in and finance the truck at an unbeatable rate. Vincenzo and his colleague Bill made us feel like we were receiving the family discount treatment. Bill also got me a hitch for my truck as a bonus so I can move the materials to build our dance floor for the wedding. The patience and understanding of our position made it possible for me to drive out with a beautiful four door 2013 certified pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500. Vincenzo even made it a point when he test drove with us over to the finance dept to personally speak with Ruben. Vincenzo was clear to make sure we were taken care of. Ruben was polite and clear about what to expect and what options we had. He was funny and helped take the anxiety from signing a 72 month contract. The team here is incredible and I have never experienced such wonderful customer service! I would recommend them to everyone.

We found a car we liked online, and I was able to schedule a visit very quickly and easily. Met with Chris, and he was very helpful, respectful and considerate of our taking our time to make the best decision. Final negotiations were relatively quick and easy. Got a great deal. Michael Jourdan was great too, lightning fast, while being extremely thorough and well-spoken, walking us through everything to make sure we understood our terms, etc. Highly recommend Mossy! Jay Henderson, service manager took exceptional care of my elderly mother, who had bad sun visor on her 2010 Camry. He ordered part, waited until she could bring in at her convenience, & had it installed while she waited. If she or anyone we know needs more service and/or new vehicle, she'll go or buy there or recommend same to others.
Staff was very friendly, very thorough. Ive gone to Toyota for years seems like the turnover in the maintenance service department is high this group of people I really liked and I hope they stay on board,

"You have a problem." These were the words I heard on the phone prior to walking into the dealership doors at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That person who told me that was my own Mother. This was potentially my fourth car purchase in less than 14 months. So ya I have a problem, so what?!?! I went to another dealer this past weekend, for the same vehicle, 2017 Ram Rebel Black on Black with Alpine Sound system. That dealership had me in their showroom for 4.5 hours and to no avail, no deal. Not their fault a complication with my setup. I live in L.A. and didn't want to drive back to another county to grab the car. Traffic in LA is bad. So I figured I'd try to give these guys owned by the Famous Basketball player a shot. I walk-in after setting an appointment. Told them my price and Amir kept it real and told me that he would make the deal happen for me. Four (4) minutes later BOOM! We shook. Even after some things came up with the financing and an address switch, the process with easy smooth and stress free. EVERYONE that wants to buy a MOPAR product needs to come here. Don't bother elsewhere. These guys are fantastic. All of them. Mirna in Finance was especially patient and great to speak to during our time together. Sergio was easy to work with, and extremely informed walking me through all of the great features on the car. And Amir...what can I say. He and I will do lunch in the future.
