Used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for sale near Elmhurst, IL

I was greatly impressed with how professional and helpful the staff were, especially Ray who helped us so much.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

He went above and beyond and through every obstacle that possible came my way. This car purchase was an early birthday gift to myself and I am so happy with my decisions.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Had a pretty great experience purchasing our family car from West Chicago auto mall with Patrick. He was very friendly and good at ensuring we were happy with our purchase. Staff were nice! Never felt like we were being hustled or that games were being played. Straightforward purchase and I know that our satisfaction was a priority. Glad to have purchased here with Patrick. We bought Toyota Rav4 , I am delighted with Toyota and we decided to change our Camry to Rav4. It is larger and more spacious. Patrick was with us all the time, he showed a lot of different cars. They have a huge selection get ready to spend almost the whole day with them, I am joking of course but there are really a lot of nice car. It was so easy here, we are very pleased.
