I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.

I have been dealing with Bolles Motors since 1987. I purchased 3 Jeeps from them -- a Laredo, Grand Cherokee, Patriot -- and I have leased my last 3, all Grand Cherokee Limited. Henri and the rest of the team at Pappa’s were excellent to deal with when purchasing my 2014 Challenger. They explained everything that was going to happen with my transfer to NH which went smoothly. There was some dirt on the car when I came to pick it up and very little gas in it, but Henri realized those problems and fixed them immediately so we could drive back to NH. It was a great experience.

They registered me out of state and completed the trade in and new vehicle delivery in a single day with only one days notice that I was coming down from VT. They also made me a very competitive offer on my trade in. Alan was very detailed in showing us the car and all features as well as preparing the car with full detail and full tank of gas. Overall excellent fairly seamless buying experience with no surprises despite doing most of the deal online 2 states away. Bought new 2017 Renegade Trailhawk and so far have had no issues and am very happy with the vehicle. Would recommend highly and woul definately buy there again.
