Zach seriously made all the difference in the world and actually made our first time experience so good we said we???re coming back to him and getting another car soon. He even went out of his way to get us some trade in money for our old car, which I didn???t think we could anything. He also kept in touch and sent us some friendly letters in the mail to thank us and make sure we were doing well. If you are in the market for a Kia or any car, I fully endorse and recommend Doug Smith. Ask for Zachary Hansen! You will not regret it.
I just purchased a 2013 Ford Discuss this morning! I stopped by a few months ago to look at VWs. Had a great experience, but didn't end up buying a car that day. My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the Velocity staff and the low prices, so we kept the salesman's card to contact him when we were ready to buy a new(er) car. When my old car threw a rod in the engine, I called Velocity the next day! I was up all night online searching for cars, and Velocity has the best cars at the best prices, bar none! Scott, my salesman, was wonderful throughout My time there. We chatted about his previous positions in car sales and he told me how much he believes in the Velocity model of serving customers by offering quality cars at fair prices, no unnecessary markup. All of the salesmen are salary, so they do not get paid commission on the sale. That takes the pressure off, which allows the salesmen to be honest, genuine, and frees them up to make a connection with the customers. Finding the car I wanted was the easy part. But My trade was in bad shape. Cory in the finance department went to bat for me with the lender to offer as much as he could to lower my payments. He was straightforward, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend Velocity! I would definitely buy a car from them again!
They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.
Aug. 2 we arrived a little grumpy at 7 a.m. with our Subaru Forester hood secured with a bungee strap. We were first in line. Your intake technician was cordial and efficient. Repairman Steven Robertshaw found our hood latch was bent and the hook on the underside of the hood wouldn't engage. He bent it back in shape, realigned and lubed it and we were quickly back on the road with peace of mind.
Your Express Lane service is outstanding. I've never heard of that service anywhere. Great boon to travelers! I am imprsessed!
I've notice a lot of confusion from other reviews with the customer service and service at Prestman Auto so I thought I'd add my two cents and my experience. First of all, they have a policy where they allow you to browse on your own without any interruptions from annoying sales reps. If you need help for a test drive something else, just ask any staff for an available sales rep to help you and they'll find one. Also, if you don't understand why their prices are so low, you should read on their website to learn a little about them because they aren't your typical car dealership. About 2 years ago I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST-3 from them for an excellent price. I have loved my car ever since and I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially my fellow car guy/gal.

I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.

I absolutely love everything about this car! It is so comfortable and reliable. The buying process was so easy and fast. I appreciate that they valued my time.
Jeff Chappell was extremely helpful with the service on our Silverado. We had numerous service concerns and Jeff listened to us and what our needs were. I had a trip several hours away that I needed to go on the next day, and when Jeff realized the service would interupt that he offered to let us use a Seiner loaner vehicle so that we could accomplish our trip. The loaner vehicle was a top of the line GMC with 6 miles on it. My wife and son both wanted to just keep driving the new vehicle and trade in our truck. It was evident that Jeff was concerned that we could meet our commitments and he put our safety first as the weather was less than friendly. Kudos and thanks to Jeff we are Jerry Seiner customers for life.

My son is lucky enough to be driving a new Jeep Renegade with a manual transmission. He's pretty good with the manual, but got lost in a neighborhood with a lot of hills. That is where his "pretty good" wore off. Getting a call at 10:30 pm from your son saying that the jeep won't move is not the worst call, but I've had better! After troubleshooting and figuring that the clutch had burned up, we decided to have it towed to the nearest dealer. I then went to work researching the horror stories with burned clutches on the Renegade. Many dealers have refused to fix under warranty. You can google it. Cody at Larry Miller took great care of us and my son was back on the road in less than 2 days. And, he got to have dad next to him critiquing his clutch timing for another good while. ;-)
I am impressed by the tenacity they went after the supplier for a part that needed to be replaced under warranty (a different place initially did the repair and didn't do it correctly). They are awesome!

the car meet all my needs and is in excellent condition just wish it would be a different color i dont like white. it gets dirty to quick
My Daughter drives it daily. Great vehicle, but we live in Vermont long winters. I am not happy that Jeep put an all season tire in the North East. Which in turn cost us another $800.00 dollars for Snow tires. My Bought a 2018 Renegade, loves it to. Slid on all seasons in 4 wheel drive = FENDER BENDER. Come on Jeep on off road tires in the future. We shouldn't have keep buying tires for the seasonal changes. Thanks P.S. I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 hundred, and I love it. switched from a chevy for ten years. Great job on the Pick-up.

There are issues with the car not starting at times. Seems to be a big issue with the newer compass models. Dealerships can't seem to resolve the computer glitch that keeps happening. One month old and been in the shop 3 times for this no start issue.
