Dedicated LHM customer

Less than 6 months ago, I purchased a used GMC Terrain from a used car dealership. The day I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on and I have made multiple trips to the dealer to get it fixed. Other mechanical problems came up, but they were never able to fix the problem! It was always a temporary fix and It was frustrating because I felt I was getting the wrong end of the deal. I knew then I was dealing with very dishonest people! My last and final trip there, they referred me to LHM Chevy. Hallelujah! It was the best decision ever! LHM Chevy took good care of me! Their service technicians knew exactly what was wrong, got the problem fixed! What took me many trips for a quick fix with the former dealer, LHM Chevy did it in one visit. Had the dealer referred me to LHM Chevy, my life would???ve been less stressful. All I know is that I will never have anyone service my car other than LHM Chevy. My car runs so much smoother and I don???t worry about it breaking down. I am convinced their service technicians are certified and competent. Their service lot technicians are on point and I love love love that my car always gets washed after each service. Last but definitely not the least, I want to commend my service advisor, Nate Westenskow for being so incredibly awesome! For bearing my frustrations, hearing my endless complaints about my car, and just being understanding. He knew exactly what needed to be done and went out of his way to explain the mechanical lingo so I???d understand what repair my car was undergoing. He???s also great at following up, which is a big plus for customers. We like to be informed! I have put my trust in him knowing he will advise on the best service for my car and is always up front about costs and coverage. Right now, I???m an extremely happy car owner! No more worries. For now, but you can bet if I do, I know who I???m going to see because they will take care of me! You see, I believe that when a company provides exceptional service, they will always maintain their customers, keep them happy, and as a result, more will follow! LHM Chevy is that company! And I also have no doubt Nate will always give customers the best advice on services for their cars. I say he definitely deserves a raise!
