Dave was my service manager. I have used Dave since purchasing my Hondas. I like his friendliness and willingness to explain processes and car needs. He is very professional and trustworthy. Good traits for a service manager.
My dad spent 48 years with a car dealership so I have been around dealerships my whole life. You all are doing an outstanding job for Honda and our community.
Eventually I didn't buy the car, but all things considered I received a great service and Joe (Kirsten) was very helpful, polite and made a great offer. Due to other circumstances I could not buy the car, but I would surely recommend this dealer.
I went in for a scheduled oil change on my 2015 Compass and as I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Fabian Diaz. I already knew what he was going to say because this has been tried before when I've went in for a service call. I was a bit tickled because I really did not want him wasting his time with me when he could have been working with someone who probably would have required less effort with the finance company but his first statement was "Let me do what I do, no negative thoughts only positive thoughts." So I sat and waited. Ryan Ganser (finance guy) came over and introduced himself and I expressed to him that this would probably be a hard sell so he perhaps should not waste his time. Ryan's words were "I am the money man, let me work my magic." I laughed and said "Okay but it will take a miracle." To make an already long story short, THEY WORKED THIER MAGIC! I drove off in a BRAND NEW 2017 Jeep Cherokee with all the goodies in it AND my 2015 Compass was PAID OFF! These guys worked hard and were so positive throughout the entire process. Awesome Work! Professional! Persistent! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around!
The folks at Larry Roesch went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that my car looked great. They took extra time to touch up extra marks. It's practically like a brand new car!
The follow up was great and the car was delivered early :)

We are messaging to praise Ayan Martin for assisting us in the purchase of a new automobile. No offense, but automobile purchasing is usually a horrible experience. Perhaps it is a reflection of the dealership as a whole, but we encountered two wonderfully professional people as we purchased our new car. We had such a great experience from start to finish, they even stayed 2 hours after closing to get us in the truck we wanted. We love doing business with Taylor Automotive. The staff is very courteous. They work our vehicle in in a timely manner. The waiting area is very clean. The employees,are very polite.
I had my old car for 13+ years (time flies!), so I was definitely needing a replacement. Trent Custard & Columbia Honda made it very easy for me to find a new vehicle that "fit" me just as well as my old car did. I drove a few different styles around for a couple of days each and finally settled on the 2017 CR-V. Having the chance to take the cars home with me was perfect. I was able to drive around and figure things out at my own pace and not feel like someone was looking over my shoulder while I was trying to make a decision. Even signing the paperwork was so much easier than expected! I had always anticipated a huge headache to come along with buying a new car (which was partially why I waited so long to get a new car!), but that was definitely not what I experienced working with Trent at Columbia Honda.
Dave did an outstanding job helping me pick out a new Jeep and going over all the available features. He also helped me determine the best financing options.
I've been having our cars serviced at Autonation Spokane Valley for 10 years and never had a bad experience. I really appreciate working with Mat Keller in the service department and RJ the Toyota Tech.

Great service. Robert got me in and out faster than the time originally quoted. He continued to check on me and keep my updated on what my service status while I waited..He also gave me a free inspection and kept me informed about all needed maintained repairs with cost...I also love that Robert was very kind, always smiling, and he expressed concern about all my needs. "You have a problem." These were the words I heard on the phone prior to walking into the dealership doors at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That person who told me that was my own Mother. This was potentially my fourth car purchase in less than 14 months. So ya I have a problem, so what?!?! I went to another dealer this past weekend, for the same vehicle, 2017 Ram Rebel Black on Black with Alpine Sound system. That dealership had me in their showroom for 4.5 hours and to no avail, no deal. Not their fault a complication with my setup. I live in L.A. and didn't want to drive back to another county to grab the car. Traffic in LA is bad. So I figured I'd try to give these guys owned by the Famous Basketball player a shot. I walk-in after setting an appointment. Told them my price and Amir kept it real and told me that he would make the deal happen for me. Four (4) minutes later BOOM! We shook. Even after some things came up with the financing and an address switch, the process with easy smooth and stress free. EVERYONE that wants to buy a MOPAR product needs to come here. Don't bother elsewhere. These guys are fantastic. All of them. Mirna in Finance was especially patient and great to speak to during our time together. Sergio was easy to work with, and extremely informed walking me through all of the great features on the car. And Amir...what can I say. He and I will do lunch in the future. At least one or twice a year. I can feel it. Thanks All for the Assistance. Hoping that new 2018 Wrangler is great so I can come work with you all again. - B

To start off on Sunday 27 or May 2018.We had went to Honda dealerships in Woodland Hills and Van Nuys in afternoon for my daughter , being there after 15 minutes looking at cars. Nobody acknowledge us,(mind you my husband and I we???re lookibg fior Dodge Ram 1500 for him over few months ) sales representatives just went upon their way, we decided to g home. Driving down Van Nuts my daughter saw Russell Westbrook Dealership so we stop by to see 1500 Ram. , as soon as we walked towards a truck we got acknowledge by Sergio Cortes what a difference right away he asked what exactly I was looking for took his time took us to look at truck test dove it. He was very patient with us answer all of our questions didn???t give us the run around but I told him I had to wait until Monday for my husband to come in , as well my daughter test drove Jeep Wrangler for her.
