When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.
3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! Just gotta say the thought of purchasing a vehicle out of state, 1203 miles to be exact, without ever stepping foot inside Volkswagen of Lake Charles would be a challenge. The reality is that from start to finish the whole process from beginning to end was seamless and enjoyable.
Every last detail which was verbally agreed and discussed beforehand made the final sign and drive a pleasant experience with"NO" surprises.

We were on our vacation and had a problem in a nearby town and were referred to this dealership from Auto Zone in Cleveland. The folks at Jacky Jones were extremely helpful and friendly. They ordered the part that was needed for our car, did the repair the following morning, and we were on our way! We were so thankful that Dodge had a dealership close by where we were staying. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. After an exhaustive search for a new Wrangler with the options and color I was looking for, I found the perfect vehicle here at Chapman. I contacted the internet sales department and was immediately contacted back by Jacob. I explained what I wanted and my situation being out of state. Jacob worked with me to get me to the pricing I wanted on the vehicle quickly with a little negotiation. He was upfront about everything and I honestly have never felt less hassled in negotiations. (Between myself, family and helping friends, I have bought and leased more than 2 dozen cars, so I've seen my fair share of haggling) He also took care of most of the preliminaries over the phone so that the process at the dealership was as painless as possible. My flight got in at 8:30am was to the dealer by 9:00am and was a proud new owner of a Mojito! Wrangler Unlimited by 10:20am! April, in finance was great and made the tedious job of signing your life away go by quickly. Jacob gave me a detailed walkthrough of all the features, took the time to answer all my questions and I was on the road home shortly after. He even invited me to go on an off-roading adventure next time I am in town which I am certainly going to do! Total time to fly, in buy a car and drive back home was less time than I have already spent at my local dealers trying to get to the price I wanted so it was well worth the trip out to Chapman!! When I drove up I was helped quickly. Jamie took great care of me. I wanted to go eat breakfast while my recall and oil change were being done so he set it up for me to be taken to ihop and picked back up. He also gave me several recommendations for things I wanted done to my truck. He also gave me his card and called to check back on how things went with his recommendations. The service did not take as long as I anticipated. They even washed my car on the outside. I was taken care of well!
First and foremost MAJOR thanks and credit to Mike Casey! Brought my 2013 Rubicon JKU in for an unusually rough ride (yes even for a Rubicon lol), I asked him about lifting it, went over some options together, he did some research and we decided on the 2.5 AEV lift. All of the original concerns were fixed, including they found another potential problem and took care of all that under my warranty. East hills installed my lift for a reasonable price and did a great job. This dealership is meticulous with quality and customer care, all done with a smile! I've been dealing with them now through 2 wranglers for almost 2 years and won't go anywhere else! I LOVE my lift! The ride is amazing and I couldn't be happier. Mike always goes above and beyond. He came in on his day off to be there when I picked it up to make sure all was well and I was happy. That's dedication! Tyler Baker did such a great job showing and answering all our questions about the CC Executive that my wife and I decided to buy the car. Her professionalism and customer service was second to none. I have been taking my Z06 to your dealership for many years. The service department and specifically Steve Diaz-Drago is always available to guide me on a scheduled time of service and er gets my car fixed and out in expected time. I wouldn't take my prize possession to anyother Chevy Dealership.
