Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

He answered every single one of my extensive questions( even over the phone and at inconvenient business hours, he was patient and honest). I bought a new 2016 Jeep Compass from Planet Jeep and I am very satisfied. My mom and I worked with Cory and he was literally the nicest salesman I have ever met, he was very laid back and helpful. I did not feel any pressure from him at all which is very rare when buying a car. I was in a rush and had to leave as soon as I signed the paperwork so Cory had me come back the next day and set up my phone for me, which most people would have made me figure it out on my own. The whole process was very simple and I had my car in just a few days. This dealership is local which is perfect for me since I will be going there for service. I highly recommend this dealership and Cory!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!
Drove an hour from home with somewhat low expectations that we would end up driving away from the dealership with the actual car that I had been looking at. I had been researching car purchases for weeks - it's been 11 years since I actually purchased a brand new car - and was really going there with the intention of buying a pre-owned. Before heading down there - I had communicated with Mark Rossi - in the Internet Sales Dept - and told him I was interested in 2 specific Durango's - one was new and one was pre-owned. We set up a time/day to come down but there was no pressure from him. Thank you, Mark! When we arrived at the *complex* (because it really is) - we were *FLOORED* - never expecting such a sight because - let's face it - it's in the "boonies"! Mendon is beautiful - really - but still - the boonies! We were so pleasantly surprised to see that this was a state of the art complex - each Dealership is specifically decorated with a theme(i.e. Ford is the "music hall of fame") and all are gorgeous and immaculate. They even have their own diner - the Miss Mendon!! WOW - was that a treat!! We had lunch on them (our Salesman gave us a $25.00 coupon for lunch while were waiting for our numbers to be worked out) and that was awesome - the food is great - service excellent and friendly! That Diner is also spectacular and lovingly cared for - it's so obvious. As we walked through the property we saw all these other amazing amenities on site - car wash/detailing, rental and much more. We worked with a young salesman - who could not have been more professional - Tim Stein. For a gentleman just recently graduated from college - he is mature beyond his years and definitely headed in the right direction, He didn't miss a beat and dealt with our anxiety about this car purchase with good humor (thanks, Tim - I know we were probably a pain in the *ss!!), He really did try to give us the best options available and make sure we understood that difference between the pre-owned and the new in terms of pricing/payments and what the reality of what our trade was going to bring us but even with that he accepted the fact that we wanted to try to negotiate it anyway (we were unfortunately upside down on the trade....). In the end - we got a brand new 2017 Dodge Durango - it's actually the car of my dreams!! For the financing part of it - we ended up having to walk next door to work with Imperial Ford's Finance Manager - Kim Jacques - I wrote a separate review for her on the Imperial Ford Dealer - she is, hands down, the best finance manager in the business! I could not be happier - but I do expect to be driving it for a *long* time - lol!! It may have been more money - but the experience in and of itself - was really the *best* car buying experience I have had in my lifetime - and my husband can say the same. We have purchased many cars over the years and dealt with unethical dealers (hence the upside down trade...) and were very leery going into this purchase. I can safely say that we won't ever go anywhere else again to buy a new car. My husband is also a Dodge owner (Ram Truck) and he intends to go to Imperial to purchase a new truck from them in a year or so and we fully expect that we will get the same excellent treatment and deal. It was well worth the one hour drive - and now I look forward to driving to the beautiful little town of Mendon! Thanks, Tim, Mark, Kim and Imperial!

We came in needing a new vehicle and naturally wanted another Wrangler. The Tasca team was fantastic from start to finish. Usually purchase new cars but many friends suggested we look to Linders for a quality used car.
We were really impressed by the "no Pressure" sales man, Ron Stokoski.
He was knowledgeable about the stock in the area we were interested and showed us a wide variety to pick from.
After trying some out we selected a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and purchased it on the spot.
Can't say enough about how we were treated and instructed on vehicle operation operation.
